2、工程地质及自然条件概述
2.1、地形地貌及地层岩性
根据重庆市勘测院《****车站岩土工程详细勘察报告》,场地地处长江南岸岸坡中上部,原始地貌属河谷侵蚀斜坡沟谷地貌。岩层呈单斜产出,区内无断层,地质构造简单。场地内沿途层序正常,无滑坡、崩塌、危岩等地质现象,场地稳定,适宜建设本工程。
2.2、气象
车站范围内的气象特征具有空气湿润,春早夏长,冬暖多雾、秋雨绵绵的特点,年无霜期349天左右。
据市气象局资料:勘察区多年平均气温18.3°C,月平均最高气温是8月为28.1°C,月平均最低气温在1月为5.7°C,日最高气温43.5°C,日最低气温-1.8°C;多年平均降水量1082.6mm左右,降雨多集中在5~9月,其降雨量最高达746.1 mm左右,多年平均日最大降雨量122.9mm,日降雨量大于25mm以上的大暴雨日数占全年降雨日数的62%左右,小时最大降雨量可达62.1mm。
湿度:多年平均相对湿度约79%,绝对湿度17.1Hpa左右。
风向:主要风向为北风,全年平均风速为1.3m/s左右,最大风速为26.1mm。
2.3、水文
本场地为丘陵斜坡地貌,临近长江河谷岸坡,地表水系不发育,地表水排泄畅通,水文地质条件简单。场地地下水可分为松散层空隙水和基岩裂隙水,由大气降水补给,基岩裂隙水以脉状或网形似储存,本场地以砂质泥岩为主,裂隙不发育,基岩裂隙水量小。根据****长江大桥****立交工程在钻孔内采集的水样水质分析成果,本场地地下水对混凝土无腐蚀性。
2.4、地震效应
根据《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001),拟建场地抗震设防烈度为6度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.05g。
2.5、不良地质现象
本车站场地地质条件较好,在拟建场地范围未发现断层、滑坡、软弱夹层等不良地质现象。
3、工程设计概况
3.1、建筑设计概况
本工程为地上高架四层侧式曲线车站,包括地面一层(变电所设备层)、二层(站厅层)、三层(站台板下层)、四层(站台层),车站中线总长120.578m,上行线站台有效长度120m,下行线站台有效长度为122.976m,车站标准段宽14.8m(不含外挂扶梯和平台宽度),总建筑面积6817.95m2。车站高程:车站为平坡,轨顶高程为233.558m,一层高程为219.758m,二层为225.758m,三层为231,258m,四层为234.608m。
建筑重要性等级为一级,防火等级为一级,抗震等级为三级,为无障碍设计。
本工程外墙、站厅公共区与设备区的分隔墙、地面一层轻轨备用房与变电所分隔墙均采用300mm清水混凝土墙,设备区内填充墙采用陶粒空心砖,M7.5水泥砂浆砌至该屋顶板地。
3.2、结构设计概况
本工程主要承重结构为建桥合一三层框架体系,六跨,上行线跨径分别为19.016m,20.109mX4,18.089m。主体结构为门墩结构(QTYD01~QTYD07),QTYD01墩柱间距为8.6m,其余门墩墩柱间距为13.4m。
采用现浇混凝土结构,其中混凝土盖梁、锚固齿板、支座垫石、墩柱为C50;桩基护壁为C25;其余均为C30。钢筋直径≥12mm采用HRB335热轧带肋钢筋,直径<12mm采用HPB235钢筋,预埋件采用Q235-B钢,其中Q235钢及HPB235钢采用E4303型焊条,HRB335钢采用E5003型钢。基础采用人工挖孔灌注桩,以砂岩为持力层,建筑结构设计使用年限为100年。
4、现场施工条件
4.1、场地情况
本车站为轻轨中转站,位于****大桥引桥匝道下方,车站位于圆曲线和缓和曲线上,A轴线曲线半径为295.6m,B轴线曲线半径为309m,A、B轴线属于同心园坐标为X-66525.7907 Y-62530.6378南端连接隧道,其入口处有高切坡,高差10m左右;北端临近长江的滨江路,接****大桥下层轨道结构。车站下端原有市政道路因苏家坝立交施工已切断,车站附近现阶段人流较少,多为附近居民。
4.2、季节性施工条件
本工程预计开工时间为2009年10月份,正处于重庆市秋雨绵绵时期,但车站处于大桥下方,一般情况下不会受到下雨的影响。
