论应用型本科院校进行的新能源学科建设

摘要：以浙江水利水电学院为例，从应用型本科院校定位出发，在分析新能源学科建设研究方向的基础上．
提出了学科建设的主要思路，并围绕学科建设方向、学科交叉研究、学科队伍建设、人才培养体系、学科基地建设五
个方面详细论述了学科建设的具体方法．这些方法对于指导应用型本科院校进行新建专业学科建设具有一定的指
导作用．

On Construction of New Energy Science for Application Oriented Universities

Abstract：New energy，as one of the China"s strategic emerging industries，needs various talents day by day． Compared
with the national comprehensive university，it is increasingly prominent for application oriented universities to explore a new
way in SUbject construction of new energy science．In this paper，the research orientation of new energy science is analyzed
and main ideas on subject construction are proposed in detail，including interdisciplinary research，academic team build—
ing，personnel training system ，scientific base construction and SO on，which provides practical guidance for the construc—
tion of new disciplines for application oriented universities．

0 引 言
近年来，随着雾霾、温室效应等环境问题及传
统能源价格的不断上涨，以风电、太阳能为代表的
新型清洁能源的优势开始显现．国务院于2010年3
月颁布了《关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的
决定》，明确将新能源、节能环保等七大产业作为我
国现阶段重点培育和发展的新兴战略性产业，新能
源发展呈现出整体快速向上的新气象．2010年7
月，经教育部审批，浙江大学、江苏大学、中南大学

等11所高校首次设立“新能源科学与工程”专业．
截止2014年12月底，国内已有6l所大学开设了此
专业．“谁占据新能源高地，谁就拥有未来希望”，面
对新能源产业的蓬勃发展，各高校八仙过海，各显
神通，新能源学科建设呈现出千帆竞渡、百舸争流
的良好局面 I2 ．总体来看，目前开设此专业的高校
有两种类型，即综合型大学和应用型本科院校，相
比以培养理论研究型人才为主的综合型大学，各应
用型本科院校如何走出一条立足本校特色、着力培
养应用型人才的“新能源科学与工程”学科建设之
路，是当前众多应用型本科院校亟待解决的问题．
本文以浙江水利水电学院(以下简称浙水院)为例，
就应用型本科院校进行新能源学科建设的必要性、
学科建设现状、建设目标及主要措施进行了分析和
