摘 要:地处北疆严寒地区的某水利枢纽主坝为全断面碾压混凝土重力坝,为保证坝体上下游面防渗
结构的安全可靠,进行了大量的试验研究和现场的工艺试验。试验证明二级配碾压混凝土与变态混凝
土相结合的防渗结构型式具有施工方便、不干扰碾压混土坝的施工和造价低廉等优势,经综合考虑选
定二级配碾压混凝土与变态混凝土相结合的防渗结构型式作为坝体上下游面防渗体。蓄水实践证明:
坝体上下游面采用这种防渗体型式是成功的。

Comparative selection of impervious structures for upstream and downstream faces of
a roller compacted concrete dam in North Xinjiang

Abstract:The main dam of a water control project located in the cold region of the North Xinjiang is a full-section roller
compacted concrete(RCC)dam;for which a large amount experimental studies and in-situ tests on the construction t
nology are made, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the impervious structures for both the upstream and downstream
faces of it. The experiments show that the impervious structure built with the combination of both the two-grade
pacted concrete and the metamorphie concrete has the merits such as convenient construetion, no interferences on the con-
struction of the RCC dam , lower construction cost, etc. , and then it is selected to be the impervious structures for the up-
stream and downstream faces of the dam. The impounding practice demonstrated that the adoption of this kind of the imper-
vious structure is quite successful.

1 概 述
坝体混凝土量达 270 万 m3。全坝共 83 个坝段,均采
用永久横缝,主河床及两岸岸坡坝段横缝间距15m,
北疆某碾压混凝土坝为全断面碾压混凝土重力坝,
两岸阶地坝段横缝间距20 m。工程等别为Ⅰ等工程,
坝顶高程为745.500 m,坝顶宽度14m。坝体上游面
规模为大(1)型。
672.000 m 高程至坝顶745.500m 高程为垂直面,
本工程坝址区位于新疆阿勒泰严寒地区,根据坝
672.000 m 高程至坝基为1:0.15 的斜坡面。坝体下游面
址附近气象站统计,坝址多年平均气温为2.7 ℃,极
高程738.167 m 以上为垂直面,以下接半径为 18.00 m、
圆心角为37°的圆弧,下游坝坡1:0.75。坝基最低高
