为 掌握松 花 江公路 大桥 结构 混 凝 土 的性 能退 化 规律 ,利 用该 桥 主要 构件 实 际施 工 时
的材 料及 配合 比制作 了一批 混凝 土试件 ,进 行耐 久性 试验 。试验 内容 包括 :混凝 土碳 化 试验 、冻 融
试验 、冻 融损 伤影 响 下的 氯 离子渗 透试 验 、碱 骨 料反 应 试验 。试验 结果 表 明 :大桥 主要 构 件 混 凝 土
抗 压强度 均 达到 了设 计 强度 等级 ;混凝 土碳 化深 度 受 混凝 土 强度 影 响 较 大且 受冻 融循 环 作 用 的 影
响较 为明显 ;主桥 桥 墩和 引桥 桥墩 的 混凝 土试件 冻融损 伤 最 为 严 重 ;与 水 冻破 坏相 比 ,除冰 盐 环 境
下混凝 土的冻融破坏更加严重 ;冻融损伤对氯 离子渗透影响显著 ;粗 骨料存在潜在碱 一硅 酸反应危 害。

Abstract: I'o have an understanding of the law of perform ance degradation of the struct ura[
concrcIc of Songhua River Highway Bridge。a batch of concrete specimens were m ade,using the
HIalerials and mix proportioning used in the actua]construction of concrete of the principal con1
1)onents of the bridge and the durability of the concrete was tested.The testing covered aspects of
{he ( (}ncrete carbonization,freeze and thaw,chlorine ion perm eability under damage of the freeze
aild t}law and also the alkali aggregate reaction. Fhe results of the testing show that the compres—
sive strength of the concrete of the components m eets the designed strength,the influences of the
concrete strength and the freeze and thaw cycling on the concrete carbonization depth are great
and obvious. The damage caused by the freeze and thaw to the concrete of piers of the maii1
bridge and approach bridges is the worst.As com pared to the damage caused by water freeze,the
damage caused by the freeze and thaw in the deicing salt environment is even worst. i'he influ
ence of the damage of the freeze and thaw on the chlorine ion permeability is obvious and the
(Oarsc aggregates have potential hazard of alkali—silica reaction.
