破安全振动速度标准。以绍兴某引水工程隧洞爆破施工为例 ，通过布置减震孔 ，选择合适装药结构和
控 制爆破 最 大装 药量 的综 合 减震 方 法 ，对 桩 号 l4+5l6～14+540段 早 龄 期 混凝 土进 行 了减 震保 护 。
经过工程现场监测数据分析 ，综合减震措施效果明显。

Study on vibration-damping blasting technique for early-age concrete

Abstract：Based on the analysis on made the impact from blasting vibration on the failure mechanism and strength of the ear—
ly—age concrete，the safety criteria of blasting vibration velocity for the early·age concrete are compared herein；and then tak·
ing the blasting construction of the tunnel of a water diversion project in Shaoxing as a study case，the vibration·damping
protection is made on the construction sections of 14 +516 —14 +540 through a comprehensive method of arrangement of
vibration-damping holes，selection of suitable powder—charging structure and control of the maximum charge quantity． On the
basis of the analysis on the site-monitoring data，it is demonstrated that the effect of the relevant vibration·damping measure
is quite obvious．

1 引 言
在土木工程施工 中，由于工作 面交 叉或进度要
求可能使得混凝土浇筑与爆破 开挖 同时进行。由于
早龄期混凝土强度低 ，爆破震动会使水泥浆与骨料
开裂 。甚 至形 成贯 通 性 裂 缝 ，影 响混 凝 土后 期 强 度
增长 ¨ 。早龄期混凝 土强度受龄期 、配合 比、养护
条件、荷载等因素影 响，尚无统一 的爆破安全振动
速 度标 准 。朱 传 统等 通 过 对 工 程 现 场 的 早 龄期 混
凝 土进 行监 测 ，并 以其 非 破 损 检 查结 果 为依 据 制 定
了早 龄期混凝 土的安全振动速度 ；Hulshlzer 对新
浇筑混凝土柱 、梁 和墙进行室外试验 ，得 出新浇筑
混凝土 在 不 同类 型 振 动荷 载 下 的强度 变 化 规律 ；
Changsuo Zhang，Feng Hu等 通过室内模 型试验来
验证爆破对新浇筑混凝 土衬砌 的影响 ；卢文波…用
Rayleigh波从理论上计算新 浇筑混凝土 的爆破安全
振动速度 。当早龄期混凝土抗爆破能力不足或爆破
震动 较 强 时 ，必 须 采 取 一 定 措 施 来 减 少 爆 破震 动对
其 的影 响 J。
