实法对再 生混凝 土配合 比设计 方法进行 研 究。 以再 生集料振 动 堆积 密 实度 、富浆 系数 、浆 集 比分别
确定再 生混凝 土的集料 用量和胶 凝 材料 用量 ，进 行 了 4种 不 同 的再 生集 料 的混 凝 土试 配 实验 。结
果表 明 ，对 于不 同种类 的再生集料 配制 再生混凝 土 时 ，采 用浆集 比计 算胶凝 材料 的用量 比采用 富浆
系数计 算具有 更好 的适 应性 。在 该试 验 条件 下 ，配制 C4O再 生 混凝 土 浆 集 比取 0．49左 右 为 宜 ，其
坍 落度和 28 d抗压 强度分 别达到 155 mm 和 52 MPa以上 。

Optim ization of M ix Proportion Design of Recycled Concrete：
Close Packing M ethod of M echanically Interlocked Skeleton

Abstract：The mix proportion design method of recycled concrete by close packing m ethod of m echanically
interlocked skeleton was studied， aiming at the various qualities of materials， surface properties and
compact degree of recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) from different kinds．The proportion tests of four
different kinds of RCA as the aggregate were carried out with the amount determination of RCA and
cementing materials by close packing degree of RCA ，and mortar—aggregate ratio respectively． It was found
that the amount of cementing materials determ inated by mortar—aggregate ratio was more appropriate than
that by rich—mortar coefficient． In the testing condition。 the preferable mortar aggregate ratio of C40
recycled concrete was near 0．49． And the slumps of the concretes and the 28 d compressive strengths
reached at 155 m m and 52 M Pa，respectively．

在 1亿 t以 上[1j，其 中 废 弃 混 凝 土 的 比 例 约 占
40 卫]，其 堆放不 仅 占用 土地 而 且 弱碱 性 的废 渣令
土壤“失 活”，污染 环 境 。利用 废 弃 混凝 土制 备再 生
集 料 ，制 备再生混 凝土是 解决这 个 问题 的一个 途径 。
国内外对再 生混凝土 的相 关研 究表 明口割 ：废 弃
混 凝 土 制 备 的 再 生 集 料 (RCA，recycled concrete
aggregate)与天然 集料 相 比 ，具 有表 观 密 度低 、吸水
率 大 、压碎指标 大 、表 面粗糙 度 大等特 点 。 目前 再生
混 凝 土的配合 比设 计方 法 均没 有 考 虑种 类 不 同
的再 生集 料不 同表 面形貌 的影 响 。
