水灰比、单方用水量和砂率等参数的影响;通过对试验结果的统计分析 ,建立 了考虑再 生骨料取代
率影响的水胶 比计算公式 ,考虑再生骨料吸水率和取代率影响的再生混凝土单方用水量计算公式,
以及考虑再生骨料空隙率、取代率和表观密度影响的再生混凝土砂 率计算公式。 结果表明:再生骨
料 取 代 率 、空隙率和 吸 水 率对再 生 骨料 混凝土 配合 比设 计参 数 的 影 响较 大 ;所 得 公 式形 式 简 单 , 反
映 了再 生 粗骨料 的 特 点 ,提 高 了再生 骨料 混凝 土 配合 比设 计 的精 度 ,为再 生混凝 土 配合 比设计 提供
依 据和 参考 。

Research on Design Parameters of M ix Proportion for Recycled
Aggregate Concrete

Abstract:The influences of properties of recycled coarse aggregate on the key parameters of m ix
proportlon design for recycled aggregate concrete, including water—cement ratio, unit wate
cODtent and sand ratio' were discussed through the mixture proportion tests. The form u1as for
calcⅢ ating the key parameters of m ix proportion for recycled aggregate concrete were established
through the statistical analysis of test results, which considered the influences of reDlacem ent
ratlo of recycled aggregates in the water—binder ratio form ula,water absorption and reDlacem ent
rat o In the unit water content formula,and void fraction,apparent density and replacem ent ratio
ln the sand ratio form ula.The results indicate that the replacem ent ratio,vold fraction and water
absorPt on of recycled aggregates have significant effect on the mix proportion of recvcled
aggregate concrete. The obtained form ulas have simple form s,and reflect the characteristics of
recycled aggregate, enhance the m ix proportion design accuracy,and can provide reference for
mix proportion design of recycled concrete.
