旧水 泥混凝土路面上加铺 薄层 罩面是路 面修 复工程 中常用 的措施 ，但沥 青罩面层 中将 出现反射 裂
缝 ，而反射裂缝是导致 沥青 罩面层损坏的主要原 因，反射 裂缝 等病害直接降低 了行驶舒适性 和安全性 ，由此而 引起
的渗水也 加速 了加铺 层结构 的破坏 。基于修复 旧水 泥混凝 土路面所采用的实际工程措施 ，在分析反射 裂缝产 生机
理 的基 础上 ，总结提 出延缓 罩面层反射裂缝发生和扩展 的预防与防治 措施 ，及薄层 沥青罩 面层选 择方案 和技术要
求 ，为同类工程的设计 与施 工提供参考和借鉴 。

Laying on the Old Cem ent Concrete Pavement Directly

[Abstract]Paving ultra—thin overlay on the old cement concrete pavement is a commonly used
measure in pavement restoration engineering，but reflection cracks will appear in the overlay of bituminous
pavement and it's the main cause of damage．The diseases such as reflection cracks is directly reducing
the driving comfort and safety，water seepage caused thereby also accelerates the destruction of the overlay
structure．According to practical engineering measures which are used to repair the old cement concrete
pavement，based Oil the analysis of the mechanism of reflective cracks，then summarizes prevention and
control measures proposed delaying overlay reflective cracking occurred and extended，and the thin layer
of asphalt overlay options and technical requirements，provides reference for the design and constru ction of
similar projects．

1 概 述
旧水 泥混 凝土 路 面直接 加 铺沥 青 薄层罩 面是 一
种应 用广 泛 的路 面修 复技术 ，它具 有造 价低 、施 工 方
便 、对环 境影 响小 等优 点 ，现 已成 为旧水 泥路 改建 的
常用 措施 … 。薄层 罩 面 ，是 指 在 旧水 泥 混 凝 土 面 板
上 加铺 2—4 cm沥 青混 合 料 罩 面 层 ，即 “白加 黑 ”技
术 ，其也 是道 路预 防性 养护 的 重要措 施 。
由于旧水泥混凝土路面能提供较高抗压强度的
面 板 ，且 稳 固 、坚 实 的基 层 ，而 薄 层 沥 青 罩 面 又 能提
供 良好抗 滑 、封水 效果 的面 层 ，从 而延 长路 面 的使 用
寿命 ，同时 又消除 旧水 泥混 凝 土 路 面 接 缝 的 不利 影
响 ，改善 了路 面 的 使 用 功 能 ，提 高 了路 面 行 驶 舒 适
性 ，提升 了 路面 服务水 平 。然而 ，旧水 泥混 凝 土面板
接缝处在车轮荷载、温度应力及复合疲劳应 力作用
下 不协 调形 变产 生 的 反射 裂 缝 ，使 薄 层 沥 青 罩 面层
使 用寿命 缩 短 ，增 加 道路 养 护 处 治 的 费用 。 国 内 陈
拴 发 、周 富杰 、倪 富 健 等 对 反 射 裂 缝 产 生 的
