阻率稳 定 区间(SRER)，并 以其 起 点为 判 别点 ，可 以保 证混 凝 土 浇筑 密 实度 和 浇 筑均 匀度 处 于综合
最优状 态 ，优化 混 凝土孔 隙结构 ，显 著提 升混 凝 土抗渗 透性 能．

Effect of Casting Consolidation and Uniform ity on
Durability of Structural Concrete

Abstract：To establish quality control method to guarantee the durability of structural concrete during cast—
ing construction，effects of casting consolidation and uniform ity on the perm eability of concrete w ere re—
searched by using separation—vibrated m ethod． Then a quantified method，defined as the stable region of
electrical resistivity m ethod，was proposed to evaluate casting consolidation and uniformity of concrete．
The experim ental results indicate that casting consolidation and uniformity are determined not only by flu—
idity property of fresh concrete，but also by vibrating time． The perm eability of concrete is m uch more
sensitive to casting consolidation and uniform ity than the compressive strength． The optim um of casting
consolidation and uniformity can be achieved via j udging the start of stable region of electrical resistivity，
SO as to optim ize the pore structures of concrete，and improve the resistance against the permeability of
concrete significantly．
