根据活性粉末混凝土密实配合比设计原理,结合福建当地材料制备3 个系列混凝土试件,研究不同纤维品种、掺量
对 R P C基本力学性能的影响规律,并采用Instron电液伺服式疲劳试验得到纤维增强R P C疲劳寿命发展情况及分布规律。
掺入聚丙烯纤维对R P C抗压强度、劈裂强度、弯折强度及延性具有一定程度提升,但效果不明显。钢纤维掺量对R P C 强度
具有较明显增强效果,抗压强度随掺量呈抛物线增长规律;劈裂、弯折强度随钢纤维掺量呈线性及指数增长趋势。R P C平
均疲劳寿命随聚丙烯纤维掺量呈抛物线增长规律,随钢纤维掺量呈明显递增趋势。分析给出各力学指标随2 种纤维掺量
的回归关系式。统计分析各系列试件的疲劳试验数据,R P C 弯曲疲劳寿命与对应的概率函数线性相关显著,服从两参数威
布尔分布,计算给出存活率- 疲劳寿命曲线。
