为 了研 究混杂 纤维喷 射 混凝 土的 弯 曲韧 性 ，采 用不 同掺 量的钢 纤 维和 聚 丙烯 纤维 混 杂 以及 高炉微 粉 复合 超 叠加 的方 法制备 600mm×600mm×100mm 混 杂 纤 维喷 射 混凝 土方板 并置 于刚 性 支撑 架上 ，选 用等位移 控 制对 方板进 行 中心加 载 。通 过 生成 的荷 载一挠 度 曲线及 对其 进行 积 分 所 得 的 能量 吸收值 综合 评 价各 组方板 的弯 曲韧性 ，同时 ，通 过破 坏过 程 评价 各 板 裂缝 控 制 能力 。试 验 结果表 明 ：掺 入 1．2 钢 纤维 和 0．11 聚 丙烯 纤 维的喷射 板试 件 的 弯曲韧性 优 于掺入 0．8 钢 纤维 和 0．11 聚 丙烯 纤 维的 喷射 板 ，其 最大峰 值 荷载 提 高 了 18 ，板 中心 挠度 至 25mm 时的能 量吸 收 值 也提 高 了 25．6 ；对 于仅 掺入 0．8 单 一钢 纤 维 的板 ，混 杂 了 0．11 聚 丙烯 纤 维后 ，两种 纤 维 间 的正 混杂 效应使 得板 中心挠 度至 25mm 时 的能量 吸 收值提 高 了 28．5 ；高炉微粉 掺 量的 增加 能提 高混 杂 纤维喷射 混 凝土板 的弯 曲韧 性 ；混 杂 纤维喷射 混凝 土板 均展 现 出 了 良好 的裂 缝控 制 能 力 ，板 整体 呈现 裂 而不 断的延 性破 坏 。 关 键 词 ：喷 射 ；纤 维混凝 土 ；方板 ；弯 曲韧性 中图 分类 号 ：TU528．572 文 献标 志码 ：A 文 章编 号 ：1674—4764(2015)02—0067—06 Flexuraltoughnessofhybrid fiberreinforced shotcrete Xio Dongtoo，Zhang Zhouqiang，ZhangYanfang，Zhu Yuting (CollegeofCiviland BuildingEngineering，H ubeiUnversityofTechnology，W uhan430064，P． R．China) Abstract：Theflexuraltoughnessofhybridfiberreinforced shotcretewasstudied with hybridfiberincluding differentcontentsofsteelfiber，polypropylenefiberand blastfurnacepowdersupercompositewere used to reinforcein cemetition m atrix． 600 m m × 600 m m × 1O0 m m hybrid fiberreinforced shotcrete panelsw ere adopted and placed on therigid supportfram eand theequaldisplacementwasused to controlthe load on the center of panels． The load—deflection curves and the energy absorption value were used to com prehensively evaluate theflexuraltoughnessofeach group，and by analyzing the processofthe panels failuretheabilityofthepanelstolimitthecrackscouldbeassessed．Theresultsshowedthat，thejetpanels with0．8 steelfiberand0．119／6polypropylenefibershowedbetterflexuraltoughnessthanthejetpanels with 1．2 steelfiberand 0．11 polypropylenefiber，and the peak load increased by 18 and theenergy absorptionincreasedby25．6 whenthethedeflectionwas25mm．W henjetpanelswith0．8 steelfiber m ixed with 0．11 polypropylene fiber，the energy absorption increased by 28．5 because ofthepositive
