针 对 目前我 国桥 梁 结构震 后 鉴 定普 遍采 用的 专 家打分 法鉴 定程 序 模 糊 、结 果人 为差
异性 大 的缺 点 ，提 出一 种应 用 于震后 钢 筋混凝 土 梁 式桥 安 全性 的快 速 评估 方 法 。该 方 法在 分析 钢
筋混 凝土 梁 式桥 常见震 害的基础 上 ，对地 震 中桥 梁组 成 构件 的破 坏程 度 提 出 了定量 和 定 性 的判 断
标 准 。鉴 定 时首先 利 用层 次分析 法确 定 各构件 对 整 体 结构 安 全性 的影 响 权 重 ，然后 利 用模 糊 数 学
方法 对各 类构件 进行 a～d级 隶属 度 分析 ，得 出各 类 构件 的 等 级矩 阵 ，再 将 构 件权 重 向 量 和构 件 的
等 级矩 阵相 乘 ，进 行 综合 模糊 评 价 ，得 出结构 整体 的 安 全性 等 级 评 定 结果 。 通过 算例 证 明 ，该 方 法
简单 易行 ，层 次清晰 ，鉴 定 结果较 为合 理 。

Abstract：In view of the deficiency that the assessm ent procedures of specialists scoring
method extensively applied to the current assessm ent of bridge structures in China after earthquake event are fuzzy and the personal errors of the assessment results are great，a new m ethod
for rapid assessment of safety of the reinforced concrete (RC)beam bridges after the earthquake
event is proposed． On the basis of analysis of the com monly-seen earthquake damages to the
bridges，the method gives the quantitative and qualitative j udgment criteria for the damage de—
grees of com ponents of the bridges． In the practical assessm ent，the analytical hierarchy process
is firstly used to determine the weight of influence of various components on the safety of the
whole structure，the fuzzy mathem atics is then used to analyze the a～ d level membership degrees
of each component to acquire the rating m atrices of the component and finally the weight vector of
the components is m ultiplied by the rating m atrices and the comprehensive fuzzy assessment is
made to acquire the assessm ent results of safety rating of the whole structure．The practical cal—
