比例取 85%、90%、95%3个水平,再生骨料 中碎砖含量取 O、25%、50%、75%、100% 5个水平,用全组合 的方式在试验 室中配制出 3
个系列共 15种再生骨料。按照 GB/T 14684--2001及 GB/T 14685--2001对这 l5种再生骨 料的级 配、表观密度 、吸水率、压碎指标进
行 实验 。试验结果表明,粒径 0~10mill再生骨料随着骨料中碎砖 含量 的增多 ,再生骨料的表观密度、吸水率 、压碎指标增大 :压碎指
标与吸水率 、压碎指标 与表观密度呈正比。这个性质与 目前 再生粗骨料的规律不同 ,说明混凝土砖用 O~10mm再生骨料的性质不 同
于再生粗骨料。

Experim ental study on basic properties of recycled aggregate for the production of concrete perforated brick

Abstract:Recycled concrete perforated brick,compared with the recycled concrete,have some advantages of low concrete
strength requirements,high utilization rate of recycled aggregate and low production costs. So it is ideal for the promotion and
application of recycled concrete technology. . 0-10 mal size range of the basic properties of recycled aggregate is the basic and key
of the recycled concrete perforated brick.The proportion of recycled aggregate in the fine aggregate to take the three levels of
85% ,90% ,95% ,and the proportion of recycled aggregate in the broken bricks to take the five levels of 0,25% ,50% ,75% ,100% .
A total of 1 5 different types of recycled aggregate in three series were prepared in the laboratory. . Grading,apparent density,water
absorption and crushing value of these 15 types of recycled aggregate were texted in accordance with the specifications of GB/T
14684-- 2001 and GB/T 14685-- 2001.The results of experiment show that with the broken bricks content in recycled aggregate of
size range 0-10 mm increased,the apparent density,water absorption and crushing value increased;appositive correlation between
crushing value and water absorption,and between crashing value and apparent density too.These properties are different from the
current research of recycled coarse aggregate,which means that the properties of ret’v. cled aggregate of size range 0~10 mm for
concrete brick use is different from
