文章研究了高层住宅中预应力混凝土叠合板的拼缝连接方式，以及预应力混凝土叠合板与主体结构连接的构
造加强措 施。相 关方法和措施弥补 了预应力混凝 土叠舍板相对 于现浇楼盖在平面 内刚度的不足 ，以及相连 结构 构件 整体 性
较差导致 的抗震性能不足 ，从而有效地提 高 了建筑物的空间整体性能、抗震性 能 ，并改善 了结构水平力的传递 。使预应 力混
凝土 叠合板在 高层 建筑 中的应 用满足 了相应规 范的要 求。文章为建设 大规模 装配式 高层住 宅提供 了切 实可行的理论 与方
法 。因 而 具有 广 阔 的应 用 前 景 。

Study on Application of Prestressed Concrete Composite Slab in High-rise Buildings

Abstract：W e studied the splice methods of prestressed concrete composite slab in high-rise buildings as well
as the strengthen measures of the connection between prestressed concrete composite slab and main structures．
These methods and measures make up for the stiffness limitations of prestressed concrete composite slab in
floor plane compared with cast-in-situ roof, and also compensate for the limitations of seismic performance
which stem from the overall defect in structural connections．Consequently，this study improves the overall performance of the building space and the level of seismic performance， also help the horizontal forces transmit
effectively． As a result， the applications of prestressed concrete composite slab in high-rise residence satisfy
the requirements of relevant codes wel1． This article provides several practical theories and methods to build
prefabricated high-rise residences with large-scale，which has broad application prospects．

0 引言
进 入 2l世 纪 ．我 国 的建 筑 产 业 得 到 了 突 飞 猛 进 的 发
展 ．特别是住宅建筑 的建设达到 了前所未有的规模及发展
速度 。面对全球发展节能减排经济 的新趋势 ，我 国经济也在
进行 全方 位的结构 调整 。如何使建筑业从粗放型 向集约 型
转变 ，如何实现住 宅发展 中经济 效益 、环境效益 、社会效 益
相结合 ?这些 问题 日益得到政府及建设单位 的重视 。
这 几年 国家陆续 出台 了关于住 宅产业 现代化 的政策 ，
要求住宅建设 以确保质量 ，提高 效率 ，降低资源消耗 ，提 高
经济、社会 、环境效 益为 目标 。万科集 团学 习了一些 国家和
地区推进住 宅产业 化的模式 ．基于 国内建筑行业现状 ，从 质
量 、效 率 、性 价 比、技术优势 和社会效益 等角度进行 了建 筑
住宅产业化 的价值分析 。并走在 了国内住宅产业化的前沿}吧。
苏南万科苏州金鸡 湖路 项 目是万科 在江苏率先 推进 产
业化住宅 的试点项 目，其 中 6号 、7号楼在江苏万科 集团所
建住宅 中最先被建设部评为三星级绿色建筑设 计标识。
1 工 程 概 况
该 工 程 6号 、7号 楼 为 26层 的高 层 住 宅 ，主 楼 间设 置 l
层地下车库将 2栋主楼地下连为一体 。建筑面积约 4．0万mz．
其中 1层 为架空休闲绿化空间 ，2～26层 为标 准层 。结构 设
计在标 准层(3—26层 )楼 面采用 了预应力混凝土叠合板 、预
制楼 梯新结构技术 ：另外建筑立 面设计采用外 遮阳卷帘 ，
给排水采用雨 、污 、废水分流排 水管道系统 ，以上 主要新技
术的应用 ，使这 2栋建筑 在设计上 达到了《绿色建筑评价 标
准》三星级的要求。
