：石 长铁路沅水特 大桥随使 用年限的增长 ，多孔 32ITI预应力钢筋混凝 土 T梁 出现不 同型 态的裂缝 。通过施 工温度 、 混凝土强度、力 学等方面对裂缝进行成 因分析 ，研 究结果表 明 ：沿预应 力 管道 方向纵 向裂缝 的主要 原 因是管道 的曲率半径 减小 14％或预 应力超 张拉超过 14％ ，使预 应力管道处混凝土 所受的拉 应力超过 混凝 土的标 准抗拉 强度 ，导致产 生纵 向裂 缝 ；梁端 竖斜 向裂缝是 因上 、下侧预应 力钢 柬预 张力不同 ，引起 支座上端 T梁上翼缘底部 处弯矩 的不平衡 ，其差值超过 混凝 土的极限轴心拉 应力 ，导致裂缝产 生，为以后 的桥 梁加 固提供 重要 的技 术支持 。 关键词 ：T梁；裂缝 ；力学分析 ；预 应力混凝土 中图分类号 ：U441． 2 文献标 志码 ：A 文章编号 ：1672—7029(2015)02—0330—05 Cause analysisandtreatmentofcracks in prestressed concreteT beams (1．SchoolofCivilEngineering，CentralSouthUniversity，Changsha410075，China； 2．NationalEngineeringLahoratoryforHighSpeedRailwayConstruction，CentralSouthUniversity，Changsha410075，China) Abstract：W ith the increase ofselwiee life，Yuanshuibridge in Shiehang railroad appeared differenttypes of cracksin32 m prestressed concreteT beams．The crackcauseswereanalyzedfrom severalaspects，such asthe construction temperature，thestrength ofconcrete，the meehaniealperformance．Itisfound thatthemain cause oflongitudinalcracksalongthedirection oftheprestressed pipeisthatwhen the radiusofcurvature ofpipeline reduced by 14％ orthestressprestressedmorethan 14％ ，theconcretetensilestressinprestressedpipeexceeds standard tensile strength ofthe concrete， thereby resulting in the longitudinalcracks；The verticaldiagonal cracksin the beam terminalareinduced by differentpretension OH theupperand lowersides．Theimbalanceof bendingmomentattheupperbearing top flangebottom ofT beam istherefore caused．W hen the difference ex- eeedsthe concreteaxialtensile stress，itresultsin the occurrence ofcracks．Thefindingsin thispaperprovide importanttechnicalsupportforfuturebridgestrengthening． Key words：T beams；cracks；mechanicalanalysis；prestressed concrete 预应力混凝土 T梁桥是我国应用数量 最广泛 的一种桥型 ，在我国铁路大建设中起到了极其重要 的作用 ，普及面大 、地域广阔、数量庞大。随着 国民 经济和交通运输的迅速发展 ，我国铁路上有数量众 多的预应力混凝土 T梁桥 。虽然该种 T梁具有优 良的使用性能以及耐久性，但近年来却不断发现腹 板存在纵向裂缝 、斜向裂缝及直向裂缝等病害。针 对该种病害 ，已有许多 文献进行 了病害成 因的分 析 。。，提出了种种设想 ，并初步探讨了几种可能 因素 ，但多是从施 工因素着手 ，局限于定性上 的分 析 ，未有量化的论证数据。本文结合石长铁路沅水 特大桥为实例 ，对引桥 T梁腹板出现的纵向裂缝 、
