缩 率的影 响．结果 表 明 ：采 用掺 加 微硅 粉 和 聚 丙烯 纤 维技 术 ，可 以制备 出表观 密度 在 800～ 1 500
kg／m。，抗 压强度 达到 1O～50 MPa的 高强泡 沫混凝土 ；微硅 粉 和聚 丙烯 纤 维能 显著 提 高 泡沫 混凝
土 的抗 压 强度 ，且 泡沫掺量 越 大，其增 强效果越 显著 ；掺 入聚 丙烯 纤维后 ，泡沫 混凝土 的劈裂抗拉 强
度显著提 高，干缩 率明显 下降．

Experim ental Research on Properties of Foam ed Concrete
Reinforced with POlypr0pylene Fibers

Abstract：Silica fume and fly ash were used to replace part of cem ent and all sand to produce foamed con—
crete． The effects of silica fum e and polypr0pylene(PP) fiber on the com pressive and splitting tensile
strength，and drying shrinkage of foamed concrete with density of 800—1 500 kg／m。were investigated．
The results indicate that foamed concrete with density of 800—1 500 kg／m。and compressive strength of 10
— 50 M Pa can be made by using silica fume and PP fiber．Silica fume and PP fiber greatly im prove the eom—
pressive strength of foamed concrete， and the higher the use level of foam ，the higher the com pressive
strength． In addition， adding PP fiber significantly improves the splitting tensile strength and drying
shrinkage resistance．

随着建筑 物 向高 层 和超 高 层发 展 ，减 轻墙 体 的
自重 成为众多 建筑 商 追 逐 的 目标 ，同 时建 筑 节 能和
建筑 环保 的要 求 ，使 得 一 些轻 质 混 凝 土成 为发 展 和
研究 的重点 ，其 中泡沫 混 凝 土近 年 来受 到 众 多 的关
注和 研究 j．
泡沫混凝 土是指 在水 泥净浆 或水泥砂 浆 中引入
适量 细小 的气 泡 ，搅 拌 均 匀后 浇 筑 硬化 而 形成 的轻
质混 凝土 ，它是一 种 环 境友 好 、具 有 保 温 、防火 和 良
好经 济效 益的墙 体材料．传统 的泡 沫混凝 土 ，其强 度
很低 (只有 1～1O MPa)，只能用 于一 些填充 工程 ，无
法满 足人们 对结 构工程 的要求 ．近年 来 ，出现 了一些
采用低水胶 比并用微硅粉和粉煤灰取代砂制备高强
泡沫混 凝土 的研究 ，如 在 特 殊 的养 护条 件 下 制 备 出
了抗压 强度 达到 60 MPa的泡沫 混凝 土 -7 ]．尽 管有
