西北地区旱砂对商品混凝土性能影响的研究

应用正交分析方法研究了旱砂含泥量、细度模数及取代河砂掺量对混凝土工作性能与力学性能的影响。结果表明，旱砂
各因素对混凝土工作性能影响的顺序为旱砂取代河砂量>细度模数>含泥量，旱砂的含泥量为 6．0％、细度模数为 1．8、取代普通河砂
量为25％时混凝土的和易性最好，此时坍落度为 230 nl／n；在试验范围内，早砂各因素对硬化混凝土 28 d抗压强度的影响不大。

Abstract：The effect of dry sand s clay content，fineness modulus and the mixing amount of the dry sand in the commodity
concrete on the working performance and mechan ics performance of concrete were studied by the orthogonal analysis method．Th e
study has found that factors affecting the performance of concrete were replaced in the order of dry san d fiver sand content，fineness modulus，clay content．In other word．when the clay content is 6％，the fineness modulus is 1．8 an d the mixing amount of the
dry san d is 25％，the workability of concrete have reached the optima1．In th is case it is 230 m／n slump．In the test ran ge，dry
san d of various factors had little effect on the compressive strength of hardened concrete of 28 d．

西北地区旱砂为老旧河道开挖的地下砂资源，具有含泥
量大、细度模数小等特点，应用于商品混凝土中存在与外加剂
适应性差、新拌混凝土工作性差、经时损失严重、硬化混凝土
力学强度不足等情况【l-3]。利用加工处理的旱砂配制普通混凝
土，研究了早砂对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响，为旱砂
规模应用于商品混凝土和后续研究工作打下了基础。
1 试验
1．1 原材料

水泥：冀东水泥厂生产的P·042．5水泥；矿粉：西安德龙
粉体工程材料有限公司提供，$95级优质矿粉；粉煤灰：韩城
大唐盛龙科技实业有限公司提供，Ⅱ级，细度为 18．2％；普通
河砂：陕西渭河砂，细度模数2．7；旱砂：西安市北郊旱砂；石：
陕西渭河 5—31．5 mm连续级配卵石；外加剂：大连西卡建筑材
料有限公司提供的聚羧酸高性能复合外加剂，减水率为28％；
水：自来水。
1．2 试验方法
旱砂预处理：经试制的振动式筛砂机筛分处理，将旱砂中
大泥块、较大颗粒石子和其它固体废弃物筛除，将过筛处理后
的旱砂运至指定料仓存放备用。
对取样旱砂进行预处理后，按照GB／T 14684--201 1《建
设用砂》对旱砂的性能进行测试。实验依照旱砂不同含泥量、
细度和掺量(旱砂取代河砂的质量百分比)变化，选取 (34)
