针对土石坝混凝土防渗墙受力变形机理研究，通过大量室内低弹模混凝土材料性能试验 ，提
出了土石坝混凝 土防渗墙性能指标 的技术要 求，以及 结构计算、厚度确定、土石坝设置低弹模混凝土
防渗墙后上游坝坡稳定计算等方面的设计方法。研究成果已应 用于桥 下、坂头等水库除险加 固工程实
践 中，原型观测结果表明工程防渗加 固效果良好。

Key technologies for design of low elastic m odulus concrete cut··off wall in earth·-rockfill dam

Abstract：Aiming at the study on the stress and deformation mechanism of the concrete cut—off wall for earth—roekilll dam the
technical specifications for the performance indexes of the concrete cut--off wall in earth-·rockfill dam as well as the design methods
in the aspects such as structural calculation，determination of thickness，calculation on the stability of the upstream dam slope after building the cut—off wall，etc． are put forward through a large number of indoor tests made on the material performance of low
elastic modulus concrete． All the study achievements have already been applied to the engineering practices of the risk-elimina—
tion and reinforcement projects of the reservoirs of Yuqiaoxia，Bantou，etc．The prototype observations demonstrate that better an—
ti—seepage reinforcement effects have been got as wel1．

低弹模混凝土(Low Elastic Modulus Concrete)28 d
立方体抗压强度标 准值一般 为 5～10 MPa，抗渗标
号为 W4～W9，弹性模量在 1．0×10 MPa以下。根
据 目前 国内病险土石坝加 固现状和发展趋 势 ，混凝
土防渗墙方案是最直观 、最有效 的加 固措施 ，而低
弹模混凝土不仅具有适应 土石坝变形 的能力 ，还具
有较高 的强度 、抗渗能力 ，同时还具有 较强 的抗溶
蚀性 和耐久性 ，在近年来 的水库 除险加 固工程 中得
到了一定的应用 。但我 国对低 弹模 混凝 土及低弹模
混凝土防渗墙性能 的研究 尚处于定性探索 阶段 ，对
当前应用低弹模混凝土防渗墙进行病 险水库 除险加
固缺乏定量的理论依据 ，由此开发研究 既能满足坝

2 土石坝混凝土防渗墙性能指标要求
对于土石坝深厚覆盖层基础防渗墙 、高土石坝坝
体防渗墙、中低水头病险土石坝坝体防渗墙 、低水头
堤坝防渗墙等，由于防渗墙承受荷载型式不 同、防渗
墙墙体应力应变水平不同，相应的防渗墙破坏位置和
方式也不同。不同类型和坝高等级 的防渗墙 ，应开展
试验研究 ，选取不 同的材料组成 、性能指标要求和浇
筑施工方法。中低水头病险土石坝坝体防渗墙性能指
标要求为：(1)适宜的强度和较低 的弹性模量 ，低弹
