：思安江水库大坝工程趾板混凝土强度等级为 C25，抗渗等级为 W12，抗冻等级为 F100，无
伸缩缝。经过对高程 250．0 m 以下已浇好的趾板进行检查，发现不同程度的裂缝共 132条，总长度
7 809 m。待裂缝发展稳定后，根据裂缝的展开情况，对开度 bI>0．2 mm的裂缝采用中国水电顾问集
团华东勘测设计研究院研制的 LW／HW材料进行化学灌浆；对开度 b<0．2 mm的裂缝采用中国水利
科学研究院研制的 SK弹性涂膜防渗材料刷涂。上述两种处理措施在该工程中取得了较好的效果。

Treatment on concrete cracking of toe slab for dam of Project of Sianjiang Reservoir

Abstract：The concrete grade for the toe slab of the dam of the Project of Sianjiang Reservoir is C25 with the impermeability
grade of W12 and the frost—resistance grade of FIO0，while no any expansion joints are arranged on the slab．Through an inspec
tion made on the well—placed toe slab under EL250．0 m ，132 cracks with the total length of 7 809 m were found．After the devel—
opments of the cracks are stab ilized．those cracks with the opening of 6≥ 0．2 mm were chemically grouted wi th grouting material
of LW ／HW developed by Hydrochina Huadong Engineering Corporation，while the cracks with the opening of b<0．2 mm are
coated with SK an ti·seepage elastic coating material developed by China Institute of W ater Resources and Hydropower Research．
In sum，better treatment resuhs are obtained from both the treatment measures for the pmject．

桂林漓江补水思安江水库枢纽工程地处广西省桂
林市潮田乡境内，主要功能是为漓江补水、防洪及辅
助发电等，是广西 “十五”重点工程。于 2001年 l0
月 16日正式开工，2004年 4月具备下闸蓄水条件。
大坝为昆凝土面板堆石坝，全长 385．91 m，最大坝
高 103．9 nl。趾板混凝土强度等级为 C25，抗渗等级
为 W12，抗冻等级为 FIO0。趾板宽度按水头分别为
6．0 m、8．0 m，10．0 m，厚度分别为 0．5 m、0．6 m、
0．7 m。趾板按单层双向配筋配制，布置在趾板表层，
纵横向配筋率均为 0．35％，保护层厚度 10 cm。趾板
上锚筋按梅花形布置，间距 1．2 m。趾板混凝土结构
无伸缩缝，根据施工强度和浇筑气温进行施工分缝，

施工缝凿毛处理，钢筋过缝，并增设跨缝钢筋。
由于趾板基础地质局部超挖，混凝土结构无伸缩
缝，加之局部混凝土在夏季高温条件下浇筑等原因，
部分区段混凝土由于温度干缩产生裂缝。经勘查，趾
板高程 250．0 m 以下裂缝共 132条，总长 7 809 m，
其中开度小于 0．2 mm的裂缝 94条，开度大于等于
0．2 mm的裂缝 38条。待裂缝发展稳定后，根据裂缝
的展开情况，采取了不同的处理措施。对开度小于
0．2 mm的裂缝，刷涂 SK弹性涂膜防渗材料 3遍，涂
