能。结 果表 明 ：水下 不分散 混凝 土短柱 的抗 震性 能 与普通 混凝 土短柱接 近 ，可 以用设计普 通混 凝土
短 柱 的 理 论 进 行 水 下 不 分 散 混 凝 土 短 柱 的抗 震 设 计 。

Abstract：In order tO discuss whether the related theory of the common concrete could be applied
tO the seismic design of non—dispersible underwater concrete short columns， the mechanical
properties of non—dispersible underwater concrete short colum ns and the common concrete short
columns under low cyclic reversed loading were carried out by load—displacem ent mixed loading
control experiment． The results show that the seismic performance of non—dispersible underwater
concrete short columns and the com mon concrete short colum ns are similar，SO the seismic design
of non—dispersible underwater concrete short colum ns can use the seismic theory of the com mon
concrete short colum ns．

随 着人 类社 会 的进步 发 展 ，可 开发 利 用 的陆 地
资 源相对 越来越 少 ，而 占地 球 面积 70 的海洋 却 拥
有 丰富 的矿产 资源 ，海 洋 资源 的开发利 用势 在必行 ，
所 以说 21世 纪 是海 洋 开 发 的 世 纪 。混凝 土 水 下施
工 的频率将 越来越 大 ，但 是水 下建 筑结构 非 常复杂 ，
尤其 是在海 洋深水 区 的 ，因此 ，除 了要求 混凝 土的质
量 更高外 ，还要 求施 工 工 艺 简单 ，经 济合 理 ，且 对 环
境 无污染 。水 下不分 散混 凝土 的配制 技术就 是为 了
适 应现代 水下 }昆凝 土施工 要求 而开发 的 。水 下不 分
散 混凝 土又称 水下 粘 稠 混凝 土 ，是 德 国和 日本 最早
持 有专利 的新 技术 ，被誉 为“理想 的 、划 时代 的 、全新
的”混凝土 ，国外 学者 称 之 为 “混 凝 土施 工 技 术 的一
场革 命”、“开辟 混 凝 土水 下 施 工史 的新 纪元 ”等口]。
其方 法是对 混凝 土材 料 本 身 进行 改 性 ，即在 混凝 土
