提 出了相 变控 温材料机 敏 控制 大体 积 混 凝 土 温度 裂缝 的技 术途 径 ，测试 了石蜡 相 变控 温 混
凝 土 的控 温效 果及石 蜡 相 变控 温砂 浆 的导 热 系数 ，利 用 差 示扫描 量热 仪研 究 了石 蜡 相 变控 温砂 浆
的热性 能．结果表 明 ：石蜡 相 变控 温混 凝土 控 温效 果 明显 ，可 降低 大体 积 混凝 土 内部 升 温速 率和 降
温速 率 ；石蜡 掺入 砂 浆后 ，相 变控 温砂 浆与 石蜡 相 比导 热 性 能 明显提 高 ，与普 通 砂 浆 相 比 导 热 系数
略 有 降低 ；石 蜡掺 入砂 浆后 对相 变潜热 和相 变控 温 范 围无 明显影 响．

Therm al Properties of Phase-Change Concrete with Paraffin

Abstract：Phase change materials(PCM )can be applied in mass concrete to prevent thermal cracks． Tem —
perature distribution was measured in center area of normal concrete and paraffin PCM concrete．Thermal
conductivity of PCM mortar was m easured in air—dry and oven—dry condition． Therm al properties of pure
paraffin and PCM mortar with different paraffin content w ere also tested with differential scanning calo—
rimetry(DSC)．The results show that phase change concrete with paraffin can slow down both temperature
increasing rate and tem perature dropping rate；PCM mortar has much higher therm al conductivity than
pure paraffin and slightly lower than ordinary mortar． PCM m ortar has similar latent heat and phase
change temperature range to those of pure paraffin．

在 等 温 或 近 似 等 温 情 况 下 ，通 过 自身 的 相 转 变 吸
收或 释 放 一 定 的 相 变 潜 热 ，从 而 达 到 热 能 储 存 和
温度 调 控 功 能 。]．与 显 热 式 贮 热 相 比 ，潜 热 式 贮
热 的贮 热 密 度 高 ，材 料 的 相 变 潜 热 远 远 高 于 其 显
热 ，而且 潜 热 式 贮 热 的 贮 、释 热 过 程 近 似 等 温 过
程 ．本文 将 石 蜡 作 为 相 变 材 料 掺 人 混 凝 土 中 制 成
相变控温混凝土(简称 PCM 混凝土)，使 温度控制
机 制 与 混 凝 土 结 构 有 机 一 体 化 ，从 而 达 到 机 敏 控
温 、防 止温 度 裂 缝 的效 果 ．讨 论 了 石 蜡 的 控 温 性
能 及 PCM 混 凝 土 的导 热 性 能 ，利 用 差 示 扫 描 量 热
仪 研 究 了 不 同石 蜡 掺 量 相 变 控 温 砂 浆 (简 称 PCM
砂 浆 )的热 性 能 ．
1 试 验
水 泥 ：42．5普 通硅 酸盐 水泥 ；相变 材料 ：石 蜡 ，德
国 Sasolwax公司生产 ，其相变温度范围为 54~58℃，
潜 热为 200 J／g．
