Installation technology of concrete batching plant cooHng system for Shatuo Hydropower Station

Abstract：The concrete demand of the construction of Shatuo Hydropwer Station iS about 2．0 million m ；for which 2 X 6 m con—
crete batching plant equipped with cooling system is installed at the site． Based on the local climatic data and both the concrete
batching intensity and the construction requirement，the cooling capacity of the cooling system is designed with the actual max．
cooling demand of 100 million kJ for the pre—cooling of the concrete． For the concrete pre—cooling，the mode of air—cooling+flake
ice+coo ling water for the aggregate is adopted．Th e pre—coo led concrete batching capacity of the system is about 100～200 m ／h．
and the concrete placement of the dam is ensured during the high—temperature season．

1 工程概况 2 制冷系统设计简介
沙沱水电站位于贵州省沿河县城上游约 7 km
处，距贵阳市 442 km，距遵义市 266 km，至乌江口
河道里程为 250．5 km，下游有彭水水电站，上游为
思林水电站，交通方便。沙沱水电站水库正常蓄水
位 365．00 m，相应库容 7．70亿 m ，总库容 9．10
亿 In ，电站装机 1 120 MW，多年平均发电量
45．52亿 kW ·h。沙沱水电站 C3—2标混凝土总量
约 200万 In ，其中碾压混凝土 136．8万 In ，常态混
凝土 63万 In ，变态混凝土 5．5万 In 。混凝土人仓温
度要求为枯水期 11月至次年 3月混凝土自然温度入
仓，4～1O月碾压混凝土出机口温度及常态混凝土出
机口温度按 15℃来控制。

为完成好混凝土生产任务，现场安装了 2 x6 In
拌和楼并配备制冷系统。根据当地的气象资料和混
凝土生产强度与施工要求，预冷采用骨料风冷 +片
冰 +冷水的方式。骨料风冷配置 4台冷风机，置于
拌和楼冷风机平台上，总热交换面积 6 700 In ，最
大需冷量 600万 kJ／h(150万 kcal／h)(蒸发温度一8～
