利用废弃混凝土作为水泥原料的试验研究

摘 要 ： 从不同建筑 物拆除现场随机选取以石灰石为骨料的废弃混凝土样品 ，分别破碎 、分离 ，获得 以石灰石为主的颗粒 ，作为钙质原料
煅烧水泥熟料 ，将该 水泥熟料与水泥厂生产的熟料以及市售水泥进行 了对 比。研究结果表明 ：所烧成的熟料 中 4种主要矿物的 XRD特征
峰明显 ；游离 CaO低于国家规定标准 ；利用烧成的熟料配制的水泥 28 d强度与市售 P·O42．5级水泥强度相当。

Abstract： Abandoned concrete with limestone aggregate were selected from dem olishing site．Each sample was crushed into particles which were
then screened out the smaller part by sieve with given size and th e residue was kept to use respectively．M ost ofthe residue is the crushed limestone，it
was used to replace the natural lim estone as the calcareous raw material tO produce cem ent raw mea1．And it was compared with the cemem clinkers
produced by Runjiang plant as well as some selected Portland cements on sale．The comparative analysis results ofX—ray diffractions show that the
characteristicpeaksoffourprincipal compoundsisclear inthecementclink ersproducedbydemolishedconcrete．thef．Ca0 ofthecementclinkermeet

0 引言
我国现在正处在大规模建设的时代 ，每年拆 除的建筑废弃
混凝 土给环境带来 了很多不利 的影响 ，能否妥 善的处理成为了
当今社会 的一个 紧要的问题。2007年水泥总产量达到了 l3亿 t，
石灰石资源短缺将 日益严峻 ，开发再 生资源势在必行 。万惠文
等[1】利用 40％、60％、80％的废弃混凝 土代 替天然石灰石制 备水
泥熟 料 ，但 因未分离 出废弃混 凝土 中的河 砂 ，导致生料 既难 磨
又难烧 ，f-CaO含量大 ，熟料质量不高。孟姗姗等[2- I利用废弃混
凝土中的基质胶凝组分煅烧水泥熟料 ，但是其中胶凝组分占废
弃混凝土的 比例较少 ，利用率较低 。由于再生骨料存在孔 隙率
高 、强度低 、吸水率 大等特点从而给再 生混凝土在 实际工程 中
的应用带来 了一定的影响。从 废弃 混凝土高附加值和大利用率
着手 ，笔者将废弃混凝土破碎 、分 离 ，获得 以石灰石为主 的废弃
混凝土颗粒 ，取代天然石灰石作为钙质原料 ，煅烧水泥熟 料 ，并
对熟料性能进行了试 验研究 。
1 原材料及试验方法
1．1 原材料
1．1．I 废弃混凝土
从正在拆除 的建筑物现场采集 的 4个废弃混凝 土样 品 ，化
学成分分析结果如表 1所示 。
1．1．2 天然石 灰石 、砂岩 、硫酸渣 、天然二水石膏
由重庆市润江水泥厂提供。化学成 分分析见表 2所示 。
1，1．3 熟料和市售水泥
熟料来于重庆市润江水泥厂 ，水 泥为 市售 的拉法基和地维
的普通硅酸盐水泥 。市售水泥的胶砂强度如表 3所示。
1．2 试 验 方 法
1．2．1 水 泥生料 的制备
首先 将各 种校正原料及 废弃混凝 土破 碎烘干后均化 ，根 据
表4进行配料，将其充分混合搅匀，并放人烘箱中烘干。对烘干
