摘要：结构复杂性小体积混凝土相对配置的模板量偏大，仓面偏小，若采用传统混凝土垂直入仓方
式，立模和浇筑通常需使用门(塔)机，易造成互相干扰，影响整体工序安排，最终制约浇筑速度。
本文介绍了改进方法在沙沱水电站的应用，即：将立模和入仓所用设备分开，立模、钢筋一般采用门
(塔)机吊运，混凝土入仓采用溜管(槽)、皮带机、缆机等，立模与浇筑于不同仓号同时施工，循环
作业，最终实现混凝土的快速浇筑。此方法可供类似工程参考。

Abstract：As the amount of the formwork used for the placement of the small volume concrete with structural complexity is correspondingly larger sometimes with smaller placing surface，and then，if the mode of the conventional vertical placement of concrete，
the portal(tower)cranes are always necessary to be adopted for beth the erection of formwork and the placement，for which mutual
interferences often OCCUX to impact the arrangement of the whole construction pmc~s and tin~Uy restrict the concrete placement
speed．The actual relevan t construction carried out during the constru ction of Shatuo Hydropo wer Station is described herein；i．e．
separating the equipment for the erection of formwork and the placement，adopting the portal(tower)cranes generally for the erection
of formwork and reinforcement transportation，using tipping tube(chute)，beh conveyor，cable crane，etc．for the concrete place—
ment，simultaneously carrying out the formwork erection an d concrete placement at different placing surfaces for cycling construction，finauy，realizing the rapid concrete placement；from which a reference Can be provided for the simil~ projects．

1 工程概况
沙沱水电站因地制宜，广泛采用溜管 (槽 )、皮
带机、大倾角皮带机等入仓方式，将混凝土入仓设
备与模板吊装、钢筋吊运等设备分开，形成循环作
业，加快了施工进度。如：9 、10 左坝段在浇筑
260．00～312．00 ITI高程碾压混凝土时，利用提前浇
筑至 312．00 m高程的 10 右坝段平台，安装垂直溜

管供料；本体段右边墙在浇筑低高程常态混凝土
时，充分利用右岸边坡 50 in高差的有利地形，架
设多套溜管、溜槽用于混凝土人仓；本体段左右边
墙在高程混凝土施工过程中，在墙体中部架设两套
