搅 拌器 混凝 土沸腾特征模拟分析

摘要 ：影响混凝土拌合料质量参数较多，}昆凝土流动特性对生产工艺流程和产品质量等有着重要影响．为提高
混凝土 的拌合质量 ，基于流体动力学原理 ，通过 搅拌器 试验观察 构建数 值模 型 ，提 出混凝 土搅 拌过程 的流 体特
性 ，引入混凝土拌合 中的沸腾概念 ，对混凝 土多 相流脉 动现象 和基本特征进行数值模拟分 析．在一定条件 下沸腾
多相流体 系统参数将在时域上 出现脉 动，包含高频和低频成分．脉 动高频成分 由搅拌运动动力学参 数产生 ，而低
频成分则是由混凝土的级配参数产生．搅拌器的工作速度、拌合料密度等对脉动特征有实质性影响．

Abstract~As a number of parameters significantly influence the quality of concrete m ixtures，the concrete
fluidity im pacts much on the production process and product quality．To improve the concrete mixture
quality，a numerical model is established based on the observation and fluid dynamics．By speculating the
fluid properties in concrete m ixing process，a boiling conception of concrete mixtures is introduced．In this
way，the multi—phase pulsation and basic properties are numerically sim ulated．Under specific conditions，
the system parameters of multi—phase boiling fluid，including high—and low—frequency components，are pul—
sated along time domain．In particular，the high-frequency pulsation is derived from the mixing dynamical
parameters，whereas the low—frequency pulsation is resulted from the concrete gradation parameters．
Therein，the mixer working speed and m ixing density deliver substantial impacts upon pulsation proper—
ties．

混凝土流动特性是混凝土搅拌设备设计和运行 中的 1个经典问题．国内许 多学者对混凝土搅拌特性
的研究大多集 中在设备结构的特性和优化上 ，基本没有涉及混凝土流动特性试验研究 ，缺乏与混凝土拌合
过程的基本物理参数本质分析探讨 ，同时混凝土拌合过程试验难度大 ，基本物理参数的试验测试方法较难
以实施 ，试验测试基本参数均为驱动转轴转矩 ．
本文以搅拌器中混凝土多相流动脉动现象 的试验观测 ，将混凝土在搅拌过程中的多相流动脉动现象
分为密度波型脉动和压降型脉动，尝试从基本相变过程入手 ，讨论搅拌器 中混凝土多相流脉动现象与基本
