浇筑式沥青混凝土配合 比设计及施工中若干问题的探讨 胡小虎 (新疆水利水 电勘测设计研究院，乌鲁木齐 830000) 摘 要 ：通过新疆已建和在建的 lO余座浇筑式沥青混凝土心墙坝心墙浇筑式沥青混凝土配合比 试验和现场浇筑实践发现，当采用标号较高的沥青(如克拉玛依 7O号(A)级、90号(A) 级沥青)时，沥青含量可略低于现行《土石坝沥青混凝土面板和心墙设计规范》的下限值 9％；在进行马歇尔试验时，现行《水工沥青混凝土试验规程》中所规定的试验温度及试件 制备方法不适用于浇筑式沥青混凝土。通过试验发现：采用静压法制备试件、试验温度 取 20℃更适合浇筑式沥青混凝土的施工特点和物理特性 ；在施工过程中，须严格控制浇 筑式沥青混凝土的配合比，否则会出现蜂窝麻面的现象，为工程埋下安全隐患。 关键词 ：浇筑式沥青混凝土；沥青含量；马歇尔试验 ；试验温度；配合比 中图分类号 ：TV52 文献标识码 ：B Discussionon SeveralProblemsforDesignand Construction of CastAsphaltConcreteM ixRatio HU Xiao．hu (XinjiangUygurAutonomousRegionWaterConservancy&HydroelectricPowerInvestigation。 DesignandResearchInstitute，Urumqi830000，China) Abstract：Through the cast asphalt concrete mix ratio test and on—site pouring practice of the castasphaltconcrete core wallformore than 10 builtdams and constructing dams，itis found that asphaltcontentcanbe9％ lowerthanthelowerlimitvaluestipulatedbyAsphaltConcreteCoreWallof RockfillDam andPanelDesignSpecificationswhenadoptinghighgradeasphalt(suchasKaramay No．70(A)，No．90(A)asphalt．Thetesttemperatureandspecimenpreparationmethodintheexisting Code of Geotechnical Concrete Testing are notsuitable for cast asphalt concrete when conducting Marshall’Stest．The testindicatesthatthespecimenprepared bystaticpressuremethod at20oC testtem— perature ismore suitable forthe construction ofcastasphaltconcrete and its physical properties．The castasphaltconcretemix ratio mustbecontroHed strictly，otherwise voidsand pitsmay occurand leave thehidden safety troublefortheconstru ction． Key words：castasphaltconcrete；asphaltcontent；Marshall’Stest；testtemperature；mixratio 1 浇筑式沥青混凝土沥青用量的确定 在进行浇筑式沥青混凝 土的配合 比设计 时，沥 青的掺量常用沥青含量和沥青用量两种表示方法。 沥青用量是指沥青材料质量与矿料总质量的比率。
