浇注式沥青混凝土疲劳损伤分析

摘 要 ：根据 应 力等 效假设 ，以劲度模 量作 为 浇 注式沥青 混凝 土疲 劳损伤 参 量 ，将 浇 注 式沥 青混 凝 土
劲 度模 量损 伤 因子增 量 随加 载 次数 的 累积过程 分 为 3个 阶段 ，并 将宏 观 力 学性 能发 生剧 烈 变化 的
第 3阶段 定 义 为浇注 式 沥青混 凝 土疲 劳裂缝 出现 区域 ．通 过 对 不 同温度 下 浇 注 式 沥青 混凝 土 疲 劳
损 伤试验 结 果 的分析 ，定 义 了浇注 式 沥 青 混凝 土 疲 劳破 坏 时 的损 伤 因子 为 临界 损 伤 因子 ，分 析得
到 了浇注式 沥青 混凝 土疲 劳破 坏 时损 伤 因子 与疲 劳 寿命之 间的 幂 函数 关 系，建 立 了考 虑 温度 因素
的 疲 劳 损 伤 模 型 ．

Abstract：A ccording to the stress equivalence assum ption，the dam age increment of stiffness modulus of
gussasphalt concrete(GA) with the accumulation of loading num ber is divided into 3 stages in case of using
stiffness m odulus as a fatigue dam age parameter． The third stage，which is characterized by the distinct
change of m echanical property，is defined as the stage of fatigue cracking．Based on the character of fatigue
dam age of GA at different tem perature，the critical damage factor(Dp) for GA was defined． It is shown
that there is a power function relationship between dam age factor(D) and fatigue life of GA when failure．
Furthermore，a fatigue damage model，considering the influence of temperature，is established by fitting
the damage factor of GA with an appropriate function．

浇 注式 沥青 混 凝 土 (GA)是 以施 工 工 艺 为分 类
标 准而 确定 的一 种 沥青 混 凝 土 ，结 构 上 属 于 悬 浮密
级 配．在 220～240℃ 施 工温 度 条 件下 ，沥 青 混合 料
呈 流淌 状态 ，一般 不需 要碾 压 ，只需 用简 单摊 铺 整平
机具 即可完 成施 工 ，并 能达 到 规 定 的密 实 度 和平 整
度 ．浇注 式 沥 青 混 凝 土 具 有 拌 和 温 度 高 、矿 粉 含 量
高 、沥青 含量 高 以及拌 和 时 间长等 特点 ，且对 钢 桥面
有 较 强 的 适 应 性 ，因 此 目前 主 要 用 于 钢 桥 面 铺
装l】 j．浇 注式 沥青 混凝 土 的抗 疲 劳破 坏能 力 和结 构
行 为 不 同于普 通 沥青 混 凝 土 ，其 疲 劳破 坏 机理 更 为
复杂 ，影 响 因素 更 多 ，而 且各 因素 之 间相 互 影 响．因
此 ，目前普遍 适 用 于普 通 沥 青 混 凝 土 的疲 劳 特 性 分
析 研究 方法 ，不 适 合在 具 有 高 劲 度模 量 的浇 注 式 沥
青 混凝 土 中使 用．要 准确 评 价 浇 注 式 沥 青混 凝 土 的
