摘要：对因建筑防水失效而引起的混凝土结构耐久性问题进行了分析，并对照《混凝土结构耐久性设计规范》(GB／T
50476--2008)，分析指出：混凝土结构因环境条件改变，环境作用等级相应改变，导致原来的耐久性设计无法满足设计
使用年限的要求，应该是我国建筑物“短寿”的主要原因之一，这其中很大一部分是因为建筑防水失效而引发的环境条
件改变，因此，建筑防水对于混凝土结构的耐久性有着至关重要的影响。

Abstract：By contrasting with GB／T 50476-- 2008 “Code for durability design of concrete structures”，the article analyzes the
durability problems of concrete stru ctures caused by building waterproofing failures．The analysis points out changes of
environmental conditions and environmental effects grade of concrete structures will disable the previous durability design
from meeting the designed working life，this should be one of the prime reasons for the short life of the buildings in our
country．Among which，the environment changes caused by building waterproofing failures make a large contribution，SO
building waterproofing is critical to the durability of concrete structures．

渗漏是建筑工程中一项普遍存在的质量通病。造
成建筑渗漏的原因涉及材料、设计、施工、管理等多个
方面，表明相关领域普遍对建筑防水不够重视。甚至
有人认为，建筑渗漏只是使用功能上的一个缺陷，可

以通过不断地维修去弥补，不涉及安全隐患。这种认
识是极其错误的，建筑防水不仅仅是为人们提供一个
遮风挡雨的舒适空间，更关系到建筑物的安全性和耐
久性；建筑防水的成败，直接关系到建筑物的平均使
用寿命。
1 水对混凝土结构环境作用等级划分的影响
混凝土结构所处环境按其对钢筋和混凝土材料
的腐蚀机理，可分为所有结构构件都会遇到和需要考
虑的“一般环境”及存在一些特殊作用的其他环境等
