既有钢管 混凝 土拱桥 实时监测评估 系统

摘 要 ：既有 钢 管混凝 土拱桥 实时监 测 评估 系统 是 对桥 址 处 的 温度 场 、大桥 的 交通 荷 载状 况
及 桥 梁的静 、动 力效应 实时监 测 ，评 估桥 梁主 体 的运 营状 况 。该 系统 主要 由状 态监 测 、损 伤报 警 和
性能评 估及 辅助 决 策子 系统 构成 ，能 自动 采 集 、分 析和 评估 结构 各 类 状 态数 据 ；判 断异 常 状 态并报
警 ；自动探 查采 集 系统故 障 ；灵活设 置数 据采 集 时段 ，长期全 面记 录桥 梁 的受荷及 响应 历 史 ；适 时响
应 中控 中心指令 ，实时查 询 、分析桥 梁 的运 营状 况 。通 过 计 算确 定 传 感 器的 合 理布 置 位 置 ；远 程 数
据传输 采 用有线 数据 传输 方 式。运行 结 果表 明 ，该 系统 实现 了既 有 钢 管混 凝 土拱 桥 运 营状 况数据
和 图像 的实时联 动采 集、实时 自动传输及桥 梁运 营状 态的远程 实时 自动监测 、性 能评 估和安全预 警。

A Real—Tim e M onitoring and Assessment
System for Existing CFST Arch Bridges

Abstract：The real—time monitoring and assessment system for existing concrete—filled steel
tube (CFST)arch bridges is a system that is used for m onitoring the tem perature fields at bridge
sites，the traffic load conditions，the static and dynamic effect of the bridges and also for assess—
ing the operation status of the principal structures of the bridges．The system is mainly composed
of the condition m onitoring，damage alarm ing， perform ance assessm ent and auxiliary decision
subsystems．The system can automatically acquire，analyze and assess the different condition data
of the bridge structures，make j udgment of and alarm the abnormal conditions，automatically de—
tect and acquire the malfunction of the system itself，flexibly set the tim e sections of data acquisi—
tion，record in a long term and all—round way the load and the response history on the bridges，re—
al—time inquire and analyze the operation conditions of the bridges，determine the rational loca—
tions of layout of sensors through calculation and rem otely transmit the data by the wired data
transmission．The operation of the system shows that the system has realized the rea1 time link—
age acquisition and automatic transmission of the data and im ages of the CFST arch bridges as
well as the rem ote automatic monitoring，performance assessment and safety alarming of the op—
eration conditions of the bridges．
