摘要：本文介绍了沙沱水电站工程纵向混凝土围堰的爆破拆除。在爆破拆除过程中，采取了有效措
施，很好地控制了爆破震动及飞石对永久建筑物的影响，且在永久建筑物与围堰连接部位采用预裂爆
破，预留了50 cm保护层，保护层采用冲锤破碎的方法拆除，有效地保护了永久混凝土表面的完整
性。本文介绍的做法及经验可供类似工程参考。

Study on technology for blasting demolition of concrete cofferdam and its application

Abstract：Th e blasting demolition of the longitudinal concrete cofferdam for the construction of Shatuo Hydropower Station is de—
scribed herein． During the blasting demolition，effective measures are adopted，and then the impacts from blasting vibration and
flying—rock on the permanent structures are better controlled．Moreover，presplitting blasting is adopted at the conjunction part be—
tween the perm anent stru ctures and the cofferdam ，for which the protection layer with the thickness of 50 am is remained and de—
molished with impact-hammer，thus the integraiity of the perm anent concrete surface is effectively protected．The method and ex—
perienees introduced herein can provide some references for the similar projects concerned．

1 工程概况围堰长度为340 m。
贵州乌江沙沱水电站大坝下游河道中央及左侧的
各种构筑物是由Ⅱ区、Ⅲ区纵向围堰、横向围堰组成
的。这些构筑物与左岸组合将尾水渠和尾水下游河段
封闭，以便进行电站的各项工程建设，是电站建设的
临时性构筑物。靠右岸是航道，升船机坝段的各项工
程正在施工中。
本工程为素混凝土围堰拆除爆破工程，纵向混凝
土围堰 Ⅱ区拆除至 287．0 m高程，纵向混凝土围堰 Ⅲ
区拆除至 292．0 m高程，由于在河床中施工，水面以
上拆除高度 8—10 m，水面以下拆除深度 6～7 In。混
凝土拆除工程量为 2．6l万 m 。需要爆破拆除的纵向
2 工程环境与防护控制
2．1 环境状况与施工要求
(1)纵向混凝土围堰爆破拆除时 1—4号发电机
组已安装完成及其二期混凝土已完成浇筑。
(2)升船机坝段(13号坝段)混凝土已完成浇筑。
(3)纵向围堰建在表孔溢流面、消力池底板和消
力池尾坎等永久建筑物上 (围堰与其为零距离 )，爆
破拆除围堰这些建筑物不能受损伤。
