摘要：对3种黏结防水层材料(热喷SBS改性沥青、水泥基防水涂料，AWP一2000桥面黏结防水层
涂料)的抗剪性能和黏结性能进行了室内测试分析和评价．结果表明，热喷SBS改性沥青和AwP一
2000桥面黏结防水层涂料的性能良好，尤其是后者的抗剪性能更为突出，而水泥基防水涂料则相
对逊色．然后对AwP一2000桥面黏结防水层涂料的现场抗剪强度和拉拔强度进行了测试，并与已
有的SBS改性乳化沥青+ 小碎石黏结防水层进行了对比，结果表明，两者均能满足JC／T 975—
20056道桥用防水涂料》规范要求，但AwP一2000桥面黏结防水层涂料性能更优一些．

Study on Essential Performance of W aterproof
M aterial on Concrete Bridge Deck

Abstract：Indoor tests，analysis and evaluation were conducted on the shear strength and bonding perform—
ance of 3 kinds of materials for bonding and water—proofing course(hot SBS modified asphalt，cement—
based waterproof coating，AW P一2000 coating for bridge deck bonding and water—proofing course)．The re—
sults indicate that both SBS modified asphalt and AW P一2000 coating have good performance，especially the
prominent shear strength of AW P一2000 coating。but the cem ent—based waterproof coating is overshadowed
by the former two．Then field tests were conducted to test the shear strength and pull strength of AW P一
2000 coating，and comparison was made between the AW P一2000 coating and the nearby existing SBS modi—
fled asphalt emulsion + small gravel bonding and water—proofing course．The results show that both the
two can comply with specification(JC／T 975- 2005)，but AWP一2000 coating has a better performance．

黏结防水层的整体性能、作用与其所选用材料
的性能要求是密不可分的．选择黏结防水层材料时
必须考虑以下几个方面：不透水性、黏结性能、抗剪
性能、耐久性、与其他材料的协调性、施工可操作性
等口]．目前，常用的混凝土桥面铺装黏结防水层材料
可分为卷材类与涂膜类．卷材类主要有SBS改性沥
青卷材(属弹性聚合物改性沥青防水卷材)及APP
改性沥青卷材(属塑性体聚合物改性沥青防水卷材)
等．涂膜类防水涂料主要有合成高分子防水涂料、高
聚物改性沥青防水涂料、沥青基防水涂料等．两类材
料各有优缺点，卷材类防水材料具有铺装快
