混凝土框架结构施工质量控制研究

摘 要：随着改革开放，科技创新和城市化进程的加快，建筑领域内新结构、新材料和新工艺不断
出现，促进了建筑业的蓬勃发展．框架柱网结构具有优越的抗震性能、相对灵活性，其在房屋建筑
方面得到了普遍的采用，但由于其刚度大，配筋量多，对质量要求高，施工单位施工水平不等，有效
措施不多，导致质量通病频繁发生．针对框架结构施工中存在的梁、柱节点箍筋施工的问题、梁柱
节点处不同等级混凝土施工的问题、混凝土的保护层厚度及施工控制问题，通过分析，提出相应的
控制措施，为施工过程中框架结构的质量控制提供参考，以达到预期效果．

Study on Concrete Construction Quality Control

Abstract：W ith the reform and opening up，scientific and technological innovation，acceleration of the
urbanization process，the new structures，materials and technology within the construction field emerge
and promote the construction boom．Columns network structure has excellent seismic performance and the
relative flexibility，and it has been generally used in housing，but because of its stiffness，reinforcement
quantity of high quality requirements，the level of construction ranging from the construction unit and
fewer effective measures，the quality defects are caused frequently． Constru ction for the frame structure
existed quality problems as follows：1，beam，column joint stirrup construction issues；2，beam—column
ioints at the different 1evels of concrete construction problems； 3， concrete cover thickness and
construction contro1．By analysing，some measures are proposed，and it supplies the reference of quality
control in the framework construction in order to get the desired results．

1 混凝土框架结构施工中存在的质量
问题
框架结构是民用建筑中常见的结构形式．随着
设计和施工水平的提高，多层和高层建筑采用钢筋
混凝土现浇结构的发展前景很好，由于现浇施工的
框架具有整体性好、围护墙体轻、抗震性好、施工速

度快、布局灵活多样，在许多工程中得到广泛应用．
但不可否认，一些在建工程和已投入使用的工程尚
存在不少质量问题，有些甚至严重危害到建筑结构
和使用安全功能，探究其原因，我认为存在以下几个
方面的问题．
首先，在设计方面，设计人员没有重视节点细部
构造的详图设计，也没有明确节点处的钢筋布置，对
加密节点箍筋的必要性认识不足，通常只对柱端
