混凝土绝热温升公式的理论推导与试验研究

摘要：由固体热传导理论可知，混凝土绝热温升仅与水泥水化放热规律有关。根据笔者研究得出的水泥恒温水化放热规律
及水泥水化放热行为的温度效应，可以预测任意温度条件下任一时刻水化放热总量。进而，从理论上推导出混凝土绝热温升
表达式；然后，采用10 mm木胶板内衬100 nlm聚苯乙烯泡沫板和3 mm胶合板模拟绝热状态，进行试验验证。最后，得出混凝
土绝热温升表达式可以采用双曲函数和复合指数函数表达，而双曲函数在形式上要比复合指数函数简单，所以多数人倾向于
采用双曲函数表达式。

Abstract：Based on the thermal conduction theory，adiabatic temperature rise of concrete has relations with the law of hydration heat of
cement．According to the law of hydration heat of cement curing at isotherm al temperature and efect of temperature on heat release
behavior of hydration of cement tested by author，total hydration heat of cement curing at optional temperature can aecurated．And then
expression on adiabatic temperature rise of concrete Was inferred in term s of theory．After that，using the 10ram wood slue board lining
100 mm polystyrene foam board and 3mm plywood analogs adiabatic status，maked a trial test．Finally，made a summary：hyperbolic
function and complex exponential function Can used to express adiabatic temperature rise of concrete．In addition the hyperbolic function
is simple in form than the complCX exponential function，SO most people prefer hyperbolic function expression．

目前，混凝土绝热温升的拟合公式种类繁多，不
胜枚举，比较著名的有蔡正咏在1979年出版的《混
凝土性能》一书中提到的双曲函数模型：

中国水利水电科学研究院朱伯芳院士在1976
年出版的《水工混凝土结构的温度应力与温度控
制》中提到的指数模型川：
Q(t)=Q。[1一exp(一mt)] (2)
朱院士致力于大体积混凝土温度控制方面的研
究，在混凝土绝热温升表达式方面颇有建树，分别于

混凝土各组分中只有水泥水化才产生反应热
量，其他组分只是温度升高吸收
