【摘耍】针对混凝土搅拌运输车在行驶过程中，由混凝土偏心力SEZj1起整车重心位置变化，从而对车辆的行驶稳定
性、车辆两侧轮胎所受载荷及拐弯行驶侧翻临界速度造成的影响进行分析，得到车辆在各种行驶状况下左右轮的承载
百分比、车辆在拐弯状况下的侧翻临界速度和安全车速。结果表明：在行驶过程中，右旋搅拌车左右轮胎负荷较均匀；
在拐弯半径一定的条件下，左旋车左拐弯最易翻车，右旋车右拐弯次之，拐弯时应在安全车速范围内行驶。
【Abstract】As a concrete mixing truck is running，the center of gravity of the whole vehicle shifts caused by the
eccentric loading．The loading percentage on w heels in all driving conditions，the critical velocity leading to turning
over sidew ays at the road bends and the safe speeds can be found out by analyzing the effect on the traveling
stability， the tire—loads and the critical velocity to turn off It’S apparent that a better balance can be gained betw
een both sides tire—Ioadings w hen the truck is driven w ith the drum on it spinning to the right side． 1n the con—
ditions of given radius， the truck ca rrying a left—spinning—drum is prone to rolling over m ost easily as turning left，
and the follow ing is the truck ca rrying a right—spinning—drum as turning right．All the trucks should be driven w ithin
the safe speeds w hen turning off．

0 引言
混凝土搅拌运输车是在载重汽车或专用汽车底盘
上．安装一个可以自行转动的搅拌筒的专用汽车(图1)。
它承担着将混凝土从搅拌站安全、可靠、高效地运输到建
设工地的任务．具有运输和搅动的双重功能，在市场上得
到广泛使用 搅拌车主要由搅拌车底盘、搅拌筒、搅拌简
驱动系统、供水系统、操作系统、进出料系统组成，辅之有
副车架、防护装置等 1_。混凝土搅拌运输车车身重心高，
行驶稳定性差，另外车辆本身要求边行驶边搅动，特别是
满载行驶时搅拌筒内的混凝土不停地翻动，造成整车重
心位置不断地偏心振动，在拐弯行驶时如果速度过快就
