混凝土管在煤炭地下气化工程中的应用初探

摘要：煤炭地下气化粗煤气中含有硫化物，对钢制排气钻孔套管和净化前的输气管路具有
腐蚀作用，影响地下气化站的长期安全稳定运行。针对这一问题，提出了采用混凝土管替代钢管
的设想，对混凝土管在地下气化工程的应用进行了初步探讨，分析了排气钻孔套管的应力状态，
对混凝土管道的结构进行了设计，对比了钢管和混凝土管的成本。结果表明，采用耐高温混凝土
制作的管道能满足地下气输气要求，不但耐腐蚀，而且价格仅为钢管的1／3，优势明显。

Abstract：The crude gas from underground coal gasification(UCG)containing sulfide is corrosive to the steel borehole
casing and gas transmitting pipeline in front of purification system，which in the long run will influence the safe and stable
operation of UCG station． Aiming at this problem，an idea applying cement pipe to replace steel tube was proposed，and
the application of concrete pipe in the UCG project was discussed．Stress state of the venting borehole casing was analyzed，
structure of the cement pipe was designed，and the cost of steel and cement pipe were comp~ed．The results show that the
pipeline made by the heat—resistant cement could meet the requirements of the UCG project，showing obvious advantages
compared with the steel pipe，with corrosion resistance and only 1／3 cost．

煤炭地下气化(Underground Coal Gasification，简称
UCG)就是向地下煤层中通入气化剂，将煤炭进行有控制地
燃烧并产生可燃气体，再将煤气输出地面加以利用的一种
采煤方法¨ j。长期以来，煤炭地下气化工程中钻孔套管
和输气管道均采用钢制材料，存在成本高、易腐蚀等缺点。
粗煤气中含有大量硫化物，如H：S、SO。、COS等，对钢制
管道具有严重的腐蚀作用，采用钢制管道长期输送这类腐
蚀性气体，将导致钢管厚度逐渐变薄，局部区域出现穿孔
现象，产生煤气泄漏事故，对地下气化工程的长期安全稳
定运行危害极大。若采用混凝土管道输送煤气则能解决这
一问题，故提出了在煤炭地下气化工程中采用混凝土管道
替代钢制管道的设想，对混凝土管在煤炭地下气化工程中
