混凝土导电量与气体渗透系数的相关性

摘要:探讨了普通混凝土导电量和气体渗透系数这2种耐久性指标间的相关性,并就电极溶液中
氯离子迁移量和混凝土导电量的关系以及干燥过程引发的微裂纹对混凝土导电量的影响进行了讨
论.研究结果表明:混凝土导电量与气体渗透系数、阴极溶液氯离子减少量之间存在显著的线性相
关;ASTM C12O2试验中氯离子对混凝土导电量的贡献仅占总导电量的1% ~3% ,因此以混凝土
导电量直接衡量其氯离子渗透性可能有些牵强,可以考虑将阴极溶液氯离子减少量作为评价混凝
土渗透性能的一个指标;干燥引发的微裂纹会导致混凝土导电量明显提高.

Study on Correlation between Charge Passed and
Gas Perm eability Coefficient of Concrete

Abstract:The correlation between two durability indexes,charge passed and gas permeability coefficient of
ordinary concrete,was investigated,the relation between the amount of chloride—ion m igration and charge
passed,and the influences of micro—crack induced by drying on charge passed were also investigated. The
results indicate that:the linear correlations between charge passed and gas permeability coefficient,and
the decrement of chloride—ion in cathode cell were found.The percentage of the contribution of chloride-ion
to charge passed in ASTM C1 202 testing is only about 1 一3 ,thus it is not proper to directly measure
the chloride—ion permeability of concrete only by charge passed,and the decrement of chloride—ion in cath—
ode cell can be considered as one index of permeability of concrete.In addition,the micro-crack induced by drying
will cause the charge passed to be improved remarkedly.

在混凝土耐久性的劣化形式中,钢筋锈蚀是造
成钢筋混凝土结构破坏的最重要原因之一,往往决
定了结构的使用寿命.当混凝土碳化导致其内部碱
度下降,或氯离子渗透进入钢筋层时,钢筋钝化膜会
被破坏,在O。,H。O存在的条件下,就会发生钢筋
的电化学锈蚀.
目前国际上主要采用ASTM C1202直流电量
法和氯离子扩散系数快速测定法(RCM 法)来检测
混凝土的渗透性,并用以评价普通和高性能混凝土
的耐久性和使用寿命.气体渗透法可以较灵敏地反
映混凝土连通孑L结构参数等本征特性[1 ],用气体渗
透系数评价混凝土的抗碳化性能也十分有效.
