摘 要：黄金坪水电站大坝沥青混凝土心墙是坝体防渗的关键部位，施工中温度控制严格，施工质量要求高，而大
坝地处大渡河峡谷，受气候条件制约大，难以实现快速施工。通过科学、合理的施工布置、配合比设计、施工方法
及工艺，有效保证了沥青混凝土心墙施工质量，达到了快速施工的目的。自电站投产运行至今，沥青混凝土心墙防
渗效果良好，质量处于受控状态。

Rapid Construction Technology of Asphalt Concrete Core Wall for the Dam in HuangJinping Hydropower Station

Abstract：The asphalt concrete core wall of the dam in Huangjinping Hydropower Station is the key part of dam body seepage
contro1．The construction asphalt concrete core wall need strictly control temperature and meet the high quality requirement．
Because the dam locates in Dadu River Canyon，the construction is seriously restricted by climatic conditions，SO it is dificult
to achieve rapid construction．Based on scientific and rational construction layout，mix proportion design，construction method
and technology， the construction quality of asphalt concrete core wall is efectively ensured， and the purpose of rapid
construction is also achieved．Since putting into operation of station，the seepage control effect of asphah concrete core wall is
well and the quality is in a controlled state．

1 工程简述
1．1 概况
黄金坪水电站大坝为沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝，
最大坝高85．5 m， 心墙底部置于两岸?昆凝土基座、
左岸溢洪道右边墙和坝基廊道顶部。沥青}昆凝土心
墙轴线位于坝轴线上游2．25 1"1q，顶高程1 480．70 in，
底高程1 405．50 in，顶部厚0．6 in， 至1 407．50 in
高程处逐渐加厚至1．1 In，从1 407．50 in高程以下至
1 405．50 in高程为心墙放大脚，心墙底部逐渐变厚至
2．3 in，心墙铺筑长度306～395 in。自2014年4月28
日大坝沥青心墙开始填筑，至2015年4月24 日填筑
至1 480．7 1TI坝顶高程，施工时段缩短了3．5个月。
填筑沥青混凝土2．3万in ，沥青玛蹄脂18．98 in 。

1．2 沥青混凝土施工特点
(1)为保证沥青混凝土摊铺碾压时的施工温度，
需要对骨料和沥青进行加热，并控制其拌和温度、
运输温度、人仓温度等。
(2)沥青混凝土心墙是土石坝坝体防渗的关键
部位，施工质量要求高。
(3)要保证施工的连续性， 除非特殊情况， 应
一次摊铺完成， 不得随意中断施工， 施工过程中尽
量少留接头。
(4)心墙采用水平分层铺筑， 每层摊铺厚度
