摘要:利用三维有限单元法模拟官地碾压混凝土重力坝典型坝块实际浇筑过程,并对大
坝浇筑温度、浇筑层厚度、通水冷却等主要温控措施进行敏感性分析,研究各主要温控措
施对混凝土内部温度以及施工进度安排的影响等。在此基础上拟定主要温控措施为:浇筑
层厚3.0m.间歇时间8-10天;高温季节约束区浇筑温度17~19℃ ,初期通12~14oC,制冷
水20天.同时采取仓面喷雾和仓面保温措施等。并利用典型坝段温控仿真结果验证该措施
的合理性。

Abstract: By using a3一D finite element method,the construction process of typical bloc k placement
of Guandi hydropower station was simulated.Sensitivity analysis of main temperature control measures
including pouring temperature,pouring interval,lift thickness and water cooling,were conducted to
understand the impart of main temperature control measures on internal temperature of concrete and
construction scheduling.Then main temperature control measures were suggested based on the previous
study as follows:setting lift thickness 3.0m,construction intermission 8-10d,and controlling placing
temperature of 17~l9℃ .cooling water of 12-14~C supplied continuously through the pipes in concrete
during the early period of construction for 20d in hot season,as well as temperature insulation and
curing of concrete surface.Simulation result of typical dam shows that measrues suggested ale
reasonable and efective for construction.
