骨料对聚合物骨架混凝土力学性能的影响研究

[摘要]分析了聚合物骨架混凝土“骨料+节点+空隙”的结构特征。通过调整骨料级配，研究聚合物骨架
混凝土的孔隙率，分析了孔隙率对聚合物骨架混凝土力学性能的影响。然后，研究了骨料类型的影响。研究和实
践表明，在骨料最大粒径小于l3．2 nl／lfl的情况下，骨料级配对聚合物骨架混凝土的性能影响不大，不是聚合物骨架
混凝土性能的关键控制因素。选用4．75—9．5 mm的单级配破碎卵石、玄武岩碎石等硬质骨料，完全满足聚合物骨
架混凝土在路面工程应用中对骨料的要求。

Influence of Aggregates on M echanical Properties of Polymer
Lattice Porous Concrete

[Abstract]The structural features of“aggregates+nodes+voids”of polymer lattice porous concrete
was analyzed．The porosity of polymer lattice porous concrete was studied by adjusting aggregate gra—
dation．Influence of porosity on mechanical properties of polymer lattice porous concrete was investiga。
ted．After that，the influence of aggregate types was investigated．It is found that the aggregate gradation
has little effect on mechanical properties of polymer lattice porous concrete，and it is not a key factor to
influence the properties when the maximum size of aggregate is less than 1 3．2 mm．It fully satisfies the
aggregate requirements for polymer lattice porous concrete application in pavement engineering to select
the hard aggregate with the single gradation 4．75 ～9．5 mm ，such as the broken cobble—stone or basalt．

1 概述
聚合物骨架混凝土是一种多孔混凝土，通过聚
合物水泥结合料对骨料之间接触点的固结，使其具
有足够承载能力和变形协调能力。聚合物骨架混凝
土路面作为一种新型的路面¨ ，能够薄层铺装，具
有优越的力学性能及透水、降噪及彩色标识等使用
功能，已在重庆、湖北、辽宁、云南、广东等省市的高
速公路和城市主干道中得到应用，具有良好的经济
效益和社会效益。
传统的沥青混凝土和水泥混凝土都是连续级配
的密实材料。沥青混凝土是一定级配组成的矿料与
一定比例的路用沥青材料，在严格控制条件下拌制
而成的混合料。沥青混合料的承载能力主要表现在
两个方面，一是沥青与矿粉形成的胶结料的粘结力，
另一是骨料颗粒间的内摩阻力和锁结力。与水泥基
胶结料相比，沥青胶结料的粘结强度和温度稳定性
较低，沥青混合料的承载能力相当程度上取决于粗
骨料颗粒之间的锁结力。因此，骨料级配对沥青混
凝土性能的影响很大，换言之，即沥青混凝土对粗骨
料级配的要求很高。而在工程实践中，由于原材料
与配合比的偏差，施工过程中的材料离析以及其它
