摘要：兰新客运专线(新疆段)沿线干燥缺水，昼夜温差大，紫外线照射强烈，春、秋季多风沙，夏季短促而炎
热，冬季漫长且严寒的恶劣自然环境，造成了该地区混凝土结构常见质量缺陷是表面开裂。为确保混凝土结
构安全使用和耐久性指标的实现，减少、克服和预防施工阶段混凝土表面裂纹的出现及后续运营阶段的发
展，施工中从配合比设计方面着手，按照低水胶比和低用水量双控的关键因素对混凝土配制进行优化。找出
了影响混凝土开裂的关键因素，通过不断试验、试配，得出戈壁沙漠地区预防高性能混凝土开裂的配合比设
计基本参数，实践验证取得了良好的效果，对同类工程的高性能混凝土施工具有重要的借鉴意义。

Optimization Design of M ix Ratio of High Performance
Concrete in Gobi Desert Area

Abstract：The bad natural environment such as scarcity of water，large temperature difference between day and night，
strong ultraviolet radiation，windy and dusty in spring and autumn，short and hot summerand long and cold winter along
Lanzhou—Sinkiang passenger dedicated line(Sinkiang section)causes the surface cracking which is the common quality
defect of concrete structure in this area．In order to ensure the safe use and durability of concrete structure，reduce，0一
vercome and prevent concrete surface cracks in the construction stage and their development in the follow ——up operation
stage，started from the design of the mix proportion，the preparation of concrete is optimized according to the key factors
such as low water—binder ratio and low water consumption．The key factors affecting the cracking of concrete are found
out．Through continuous testing and trial—mix，the basic parameters of mix designto prevent high performance concrete
cracking in Gobi desert area is obtained．The practice testing gains good effect，having an important referential signifi—
cance for the high performance concrete construction of similar projects．

1 概述
目前高性能混凝土在客运专线、铁路施工中得到
了大量应用。高性能混凝土使用寿命长，结构设计中
耐久性尤为重要。高性能混凝土应用的主要目的是使
混凝土结构能够在设计使用寿命期间安全可靠地工

于沿线恶劣的自然环境，混凝土表面开裂是最常见的
质量缺陷，混凝土施工质量能否得到保障，决定了混凝
土结构物是否能满足100年的设计使用寿命要求。
中铁一局承担了兰新客运专线(新疆段)
LXTJ3标DK 1 245+000～DK 1 300+600正线范围内
