摘要：在武广铁路工程的混凝土施工中，采用骨料喷雾水预冷、底层取料、冰水拌混凝土、夜间薄层浇筑等措施；在混凝土保
养上采用自动喷水，白天覆盖混凝土面；用优质水泥加粉煤灰混合料、添加缓凝减水剂等措施，达到温控防裂的目的。通过工
程的施工实践经验，对混凝土施工的温度控制从理论上进行了分析，提出了有效的控制措施，保证了混凝土的施工质量。

Temperature control technology for composite concrete construction in summer

Abstract：In the Wuhan—Guangzhou railway projects for concrete construction，the aggregate pre—cooling spray
of water，bottom reclaimers， ice mixed concrete， pouring concrete measures such aS thin layer at night were
used．In concrete maintenance，automatic sprinkler was used，concrete surface was covered during the day．
With high—quality cement and fly ash mixture，water—reducing agent and other measures were retarded to a—
chieve temperature control crack．Through the works of practical experience，the construction of mass concrete
temperature control was carried out，scientific analysis of the theory was put forward effective to guarantee the
construction quality of concrete．

工程概况与工程气候
1．1 工程概况
武广线属新建350 km／h的双线客专铁路，我
公司第二项目队承担了三标段37．097 km的施工
生产任务，全长37．097 km，管段内有桥梁37座，
隧道1座。
1．2 工程气候
工程处于亚热带海洋性气候区，雨量充沛，年
平均气温为20．9～22．2℃ ，极端最高气温达38．5
～ 40．6℃ ，七、八月平均气温都大于28 c【=。在太
阳照射下，混凝土表面温度高达50—6O0【=。气温
特性见表1。

2 夏季混凝土施工温控的重要性
2．1 大体积混凝土的特点
(1)混凝土是脆性材料，抗拉强度小，拉伸变
形能力也小。
(2)大体积混凝土在浇筑后，由于水泥水化热
