『摘要1 高层预制钢筋混凝土叠合剪力墙结构的设计包含许多新的设计内容。目前尚无配套的设计规范及计算分析软
件通过在研究预制钢筋混凝土叠合剪力墙试验资料的基础上．采用了两种设计方法。方法一是将PC和PCF作为结构的外
加荷载进行结构的强度设计．但考虑PC及PCF构件的刚度对结构周期以及主要计算参数的影响。方法二是在进行结构的刚
度分析。控制结构位移时，将PC和PCF作为结构的构件．以此计算结果作为控制结构刚度的依据。运用上述两种方法将结构
简化后，仍采用现行的计算软件进行结构分析。通过实际工程的计算结果，可以看出，这两种方法在满足现行设计规范的同
时也优化了高层预制钢筋混凝土叠合剪力墙的结构设计

Composite Reinfoced Concrete W all of Tall Building

Abstract：The structural design for shear wall structure with composite reinfoced concrete wall of tall building
includes many new contents．There are still no suit design codes and computer softwares to use for the design—
ers． Based on the analysis about some mid-rise experiments on composite reinfoced concrete walls， the two
design methods are offered by the author．In the first case，the PC and PCF are considered as the loads of the
structure．Considing the effects of PC and PCF on period of the structure and some parameters of calculation，
the design of the strength is according as the results of the calculation．In the second case，the PC and PCF are
considered as members of the structure when calculating the stiffness of the structure． The structure is sim—
plified，and can be analysised by the softwares which are generally accepted in structural design． The resurhs
of the design calculation are both fitted with the design codes and rule of the optimum design for the shear wall
structure with composite reinfoced concrete wall of tall building．

O 引言
我国的住宅建设正在以前所未有的速度与规模迅猛发
展。面对全球发展低碳经济的新趋势，我国经济增长方式面
l临结构性调整。房地产业的发展与建设也面临结构性的转
变。绿色建筑、住宅产业化的发展已经日益受到政府及开发
商的重视。
最近几年．万科等大型房地产商在“像造汽车一样造房
子”的理念指导下率先开展了住宅产业化的试验性建设。
引进了日本、香港、新加坡等地的预制装配式混凝土结构技
术。简称PC(Preeast Concrete)技术。在深圳、上海、江苏等地
的住宅开发项目中，应用PC技术建造了一批高层、小高层
住宅。
钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构是我国高层住宅广泛采用的一
种结构形式。应用PC技术建造的钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构
称为预制钢筋混凝土叠合剪力墙结构。这种结构的设计和
建造尚未有成熟的配套规范。因此，开展PC建筑结构以及
PC构件的设计、施工等方面的研究，对于推广住宅的产业
化体系有着广泛的社会与经济效益。
