钢箱一混凝土梁局部屈曲分析与试验研究

摘要:新型钢箱一‘混凝土梁通过在钢箱受压区部分充填混凝土,既有效地提高了受压区钢板的稳定性,又较好地发挥了
混凝土的抗压能力,大大地改善了构件的抗弯性能。通过4根钢箱一混凝土梁和2根钢箱梁试件的试验研究,考察了钢箱
一混凝土梁受力全过程的特点,着重研究钢箱一混凝土梁钢板的局部屈曲特征,其屈曲行为类似于刚性基底上非受栽边弹
性约束的单向受压板的屈曲行为,用能量法建立了刚性基底上沿非受载边弹性约束、面内受压矩形板的屈曲强度计算公
式,研究结果表明,钢箱一混凝土受压区局部稳定性明显提高,所提出的方法用于顶板局部屈曲强度计算,计算结果与试验
结果较吻合。

Abstract:By filling concrete in steel box partially,the new type concrete—filed steel box composite beams enhanced
the stability of component stel plates,increased the compressing ability of concrete better,and improved the bending
behavior of the member greatly.Four concrete—filed stel box beams and two stel box beams were investigated ex—
perimentally to study the whole loading process and the local buckling of the beams.An analytical study of local buck—
ling of rec gular plate in contact with a^ d medium,mtafionally restrained elastically along unloaded edges and
subjected to in—plane axial action,Was presented.The results show that the local buckling of the beam’S top plate is
familiar to that of rectangular plate in contact with a rigid medium .Th e local stability of concrete—filed stel box im—
proves evidently.Th is theory and method Can be used to calculate the local buckling strength of the flange.Th e calcu—
lated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.

钢箱一混凝土梁是一种能有效地推迟或避免
受压区钢板局部屈曲以充分利用钢材强度,又能发
挥和改善混凝土受压性能的新型组合截面梁。梁
的受压区类似于矩形钢管混凝土,受拉区则类似于
钢箱梁。与型钢一混凝土组合梁相比,它同样具有
自重小、承载力高、建筑高度小等优点;其横向稳定
性和抗扭性能优于前者;处于三向受压的混凝土能
更好地发挥其良好的抗压性能;通过截面中间的钢
板,可以根据截面受力特点比较方便地调整充填混
凝土的位置,更好地适应连续梁结构。与钢箱梁相
