摘要：采用室内试验和现场湿喷工艺性能试验相结合的手段，对比研究了钢纤维和聚丙烯粗纤维对喷射混凝土的
力学性能、耐久性能和现场工艺性能的影响。研究结果表明，聚丙烯粗纤维喷射混凝土在掺量和工作性能方面具有
较为明显的优势，且力学性能和耐久性均能达到与钢纤维喷射混凝土相当的水平，可考虑选用聚丙烯粗纤维替代钢
纤维使用。

Comparative Study on the Influences of Steel Fibers and Crude Polypropylene Fibers on Shotcrete Performance

Abstract The influences of steel fibers and crude polypropylene fibers on the mechanical properties，durability and construction
process performance of shotcrete are comparatively studied respectively by laboratory tests and on-site construction process tests．
The results show that the mechanical properties and durability of crude polypropylene fiber shotcrete is equivalent to steel fiber
shotcrete,but the mix content of crude polypropylene fibers is significant less than that of steel fibers and the construction process
performance of crude polypmpylene fibers is also better than that of steel fibers．The steel fibers can be replaced by crude
polypropylene fibers in shotcrete．

O 引言
在混凝土中加入一定量的纤维能延缓混凝土内
部微裂缝的扩展，阻止宏观裂缝的发生和发展，能
有效提高混凝土的力学性能、耐久性能和变形性能，
特别是对提高混凝土抗拉强度和韧性效果尤为明显，
纤维增强混凝土近年来得到了广泛的研究和应用f 。
当前，我国正处于大型水利工程集中建设时期，喷
射混凝土是地下洞室和厂房建设中重要的混凝土类
型之一。为提高喷射混凝土的性能以满足工程设计
要求．关键部位喷射混凝土中会加入一定量的纤维
