钢纤维高强轻骨料混凝土弯曲韧性与抗冲击性能

摘要:为了研究钢纤维对高强轻骨料混凝土弯曲韧性和抗冲击性能的影响规律,对钢纤维掺量(体
积分数)分别为0 ,0.5 ,1.0% ,1.5% ,2.0%的钢纤维高强轻骨料混凝土(SFHLWC)进行了抗
弯性能和自由落锤抗冲击性能试验,实测了其荷载一挠度曲线和初裂冲击次数、破坏冲击次数,并计
算了韧性指数和冲击能量.结果表明:掺入钢纤维能显著提高高强轻骨料混凝土的弯曲韧性和抗
冲击性能,钢纤维高强轻骨料混凝土的韧性指数与冲击能量呈对数关系.

Abstract:In order to determine the flexural toughness and impact resistance of steel fiber reinforced high—
strength lightweight aggregate concrete(SFHLW C),a series of drop—weight tests and flexural tests were
carried out on high—strength lightweight aggregate concrete reinforced with five different volume fraction of
steel fibers 0% ,0.5% ,1.0 ,1.5% and 2.0% of concrete.For each volume fraction of fibers,the com—
plete load—deflection curves,and the numbers of blows to first visible crack as well as to failure of SFHI 一
W C were obtained in order to determine the total energy absorbed for each specimen. The test results
show that the addition of steel fibers to concrete has improved impact resistance and also the flexural
toughness of SFHLW C.The test results also show that a logarithmic relation exists between toughness in—
dex and the im pact energy of SFH LW C.

高强轻骨料混凝土是指利用高强轻骨料配置出
的密度等级为1 600~ 1 950 kg/m。、强度等级为
LC30以上的结构用轻骨料混凝土[1].高强轻骨料混
凝土不仅具有轻骨料混凝土的优点,而且具有与普
通混凝土相近的强度,因此,高强轻骨料混凝土已大
量应用在土木工程中的高层建筑(如52层的美国休
斯敦贝壳广场大厦 ])、大跨度结构(如南京太阳宫
广场顶部8根跨度为80 m 的拱形肋梁 )、桥梁工
程(如挪威的Boknasundet,Eidsvoll Sundbru和
Salhus等大桥¨4])中,取得了很高的技术经济价值.
