负载锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁变形
性能试验研究

摘 要:通过对不同负荷条件下锈蚀梁的承栽力试验,探讨了持荷大小与试件内钢筋锈蚀程度间
的关系,分析了钢筋锈蚀率大小对混凝土梁变形性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:负载作用对钢
筋锈蚀有促进作用;混凝土强度的后期增长能有效地弥补锈蚀对梁变形造成的不利影响;混凝土
强度相近时,随钢筋锈蚀程度增加,锈蚀梁跨中挠度增大,挠度计算时应考虑粘结性能退化引起
的抗弯刚度降低的影响。

Experimental study on deform ation perform ance of corroded reinforced concrete beam under sustained load

Abstract:Through the tests on the bearing capacities of coroded reinforced concrete beams under various loading conditions,the
relationship between the size of sustained load and the corroded degree of steel reinforcement in the specimen has been explored
and the law of the impact from the corrosion ratio of the reinforcement on the deformation performance of the beams has been ana—
lyzed as wel1.The results indicate that the load has a promoting effect on the corrosion of reinforcement and the increase of the
concrete strength during the later period can effectively make up the unfavorable impact from the corrosion on the deform ation of
the beam.When the concrete strengths of the beams are similar,the mid—span deflections increase along with the increases of the
reinforcement corosion degrees.Therefore,the impact from the decrease of the bending rigidity caused by the degradation of the
bonding performance must be considered during calculating the deflection concerned.

钢筋锈蚀是导致混凝土结构性能耐久性不足的主
要原因,国内外学者对锈蚀钢筋构件抗力性能的退化
规律已进行了一些研究¨ ,但现有的成果多集中
在构件剩余承载能力评估方面,对锈蚀影响结构变形
性能的研究较少,尤其关于服役结构在长期荷载与锈
蚀共同作用影响下变形性能劣化的规律研究更少。为
此,本文通过对不同负荷条件下锈蚀梁的承载力试
验,探讨了持荷大小与试件内钢筋锈蚀程度间的关
系,分析了钢筋锈蚀率大小对混凝土梁变形性能的影
响规律。
