多因素对钢筋混凝土握裹力的影响及回归模型

摘要:研究了多因素(掺合料种类、水胶比、养护龄期、加速腐蚀制度)作用对钢筋混凝土握裹力的
影响,确定了各因素对钢筋混凝土握裹力变化的影响程度,并加以定量化表征,提出了多因素共同
作用影响钢筋混凝土握裹力变化的多元非线性回归分析模型.结果表明:在试验拟定的影响因素
中,钢筋混凝土握裹力存在最大值;各因素对钢筋混凝土握裹力的影响程度以水胶比和掺合料种
类最大,养护龄期次之,加速腐蚀制度最小;水胶比增大对钢筋混凝土握裹力产生负效应,养护龄
期增加对钢筋混凝土握襄力产生正效应.

Abstract:The influence of multi—factors(admixture,water—cement ratio,curing age,accelerated corro—
sion regim es) on the bond strength between the steel and concrete was researched.The influence degree
of each factor on the bond strength between steel and concrete was determ ined.Besides, the m ultiple
nonlinear regression m odel was proposed. The experiment results show that the maxim um bond
strength between the steel and concrete is obtained for the specific factors.The influence of different fac—
tors on the bond strength of reinforced concrete iS different.The influence of water—cem ent ratio and ad—
mixture are most rem arkable。while the influence of accelerated corrosion regime iS not notable.The
multi—nonlinear regression model iS established to describe the influence of multi-factors on the bond
strength between the steel and concrete effectively.The bond strength of reinforced concrete decreases
with the increase of water—cem ent ratio and increases with the increase of curing age.Besides,change of
bond strength of reinforced concrete is different for different admixtures and different accelerated corro—
sion system s.
