掺石粉混凝土在沐若水电站工程中的应用

摘要:沐若水电站工程是中国长江三峡集团公司海外项目之一,地处马来西亚婆罗洲岛
捞越州。坝址位于拉让(Rajang)河流域源头沐若河上。受地质条件制约,人工
采用砂岩骨料。由于料场砂岩微风化,导致人工砂石粉含量偏高,达到25% 左右
经济有效地解决人工砂石粉含量偏高问题,沐若工程建设部开展了掺石粉混凝土
试验研究并应用。结合试验结果及实际浇筑情况,阐述了掺石粉混凝土在沐若水
程中应用的可行性,分析了不同石粉掺量对混凝土性能的影响,并推荐了适用于
水电工程的掺石粉混凝土配合比,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:Murum hydropower project is one of the overseas projects of the China Three Gorges
Corporation,located in the island of Borneo,Sarawak,Malaysia.The dam site is located in the Murum
River which is the source of R~ang River Basin.Constrained by the geological conditions,the artificial
aggregate is sandstone aggregate. Since the sandstone of the quarry site is weak weathered
,
the sand
powder of artificial aggregate is in high level,reaching about 25% .In order to solve the high—level sand
powder problem in a Cost—effective way,the performance tests were ca~ied out by the construction
department of Murum hydropower project,and the sand powder mixed concrete was used on site.With
the results of tests and application,this paper describes the feasibility of the application of the sand pow—
der mixed concrete,and analyzes the influence of different sand powder content on the properties of
concrete,and recommends the mix ratio of sand powder mixed concrete for Murum hydropower project.
