原位合成SAR表层处理混凝土的抗碳化性

摘要:采用舍有引发剂、交联剂的丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺单体溶液浸渍混凝土表层,通过红外辐射引发
原位合成吸水性树脂(SAR)对该表层进行处理,并与斥水型有机硅防水剂(AAS)表层处理的混凝
土试件进行了对比;通过不同碳化时间下的平均碳化深度和碳化层内Ca(OH) ,CaCO。的XRD特
征峰变化规律袁征了混凝土SAR表层处理前后的抗碳化能力;通过SEM 分析了SAR改善混凝
土抗碳化能力的机理.

Resistance tO Carbonation of Concrete Treated by Superabsorbent
Resin Synthesized in Situ

Abstract:Carbonation is the key factor that causes the corrosion of the reinforcing steel embedded in con—
crete.The surface layers of the concrete specimens were treated by super—absorbent resin(SAR)synthe—
sized in situ,i.e.,the concrete surface was impregnated by the precursor solution of poly(acrylic acid—CO—
acrylamide)with initiator and crosslinker,and then the impregnated concrete was radiated by infrared ray
to synthesize SAR in situ.The resistance to carbonation was studied for the concrete treated with SAR in
comparison with the hydrophobic waterproofing agent of alkyl—alkoxyl silane(AAS). The carbonation
depth of concrete after the accelerated carbonation testing was measured and the ingress of carbon dioxide
was evaluated quantitatively by the sophisticated technique of X—ray diffraction(XRD).The results show
that the concrete specimens treated with SAR have higher resistance to carbonation than that of the con—
crete specimens treated with AAS and the control concrete specimens.

混凝土的高碱度环境是钢筋表层钝化膜稳定存
在、钢筋免遭腐蚀的前提条件.但是,在混凝土碳化
和氯离子渗透双重作用的影响下,混凝土碱度降低,
导致钢筋表面钝化膜脱钝,从而使钢筋混凝土质量
劣化 一 .
优化混凝土配合比、提高其密实度、确保足够的
钢筋保护层厚度、掺人功能型外加剂(如阻锈剂),虽
在一定程度上改善了钢筋混凝土的耐久性,但作用
并不明显¨3 ].混凝土表层处理技术作为一种辅助措
施,通过截断腐蚀介质(如H O,O ,Co ,Cl一等)在
混凝土中的传输路径,已成为改善钢筋混凝土耐久
性的一种行之有效的方法.
吸水性树脂(SAR)作为一种功能高分子材料,
具有吸水膨胀、吸水率高、保水性好等优点.利用
